Can't think even one thing which we didn't like... just one thing we noticed. Water from shower leaking through the door on the room carpet. But it wasn't a major issue, and it didn't spoil our stay at all.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern refurbished. Kettle, tea, and coffee were provided, and so were robes and slippers. A/C working quiet and efficient. Bed and pillows are very comfy. The location was perfect. Staff friendly and breakfast was amazing, lots of what to choose from. Everything we ate was delicious and fresh. We used spa also, which was nice with various saunas and pools. We were very happy with our stay.

It can be difficult to catch an elevator on some hours you have to wait, it is only one, but you can use stairs :)

Big room with big bathroom, but need renovation, also temperature was little to hot and can not change it. Nice view from the big windows. Good breakfast with a lot of choice, but on some hours can be difficult to find table to sit. Nice water park, but if you want to relax, not the place. It is really good with child, a lot of entertainments in the hotel. Free parking at the hotels garage.

When booking it was not clearly specified that the room is with or without the AC, I apparently should have read entire list of amenities to figure that out, so we happened to book a room without AC on a warm day. The phone was not working. Breakfast could have included some vegan options, e.g. vegan milk for coffee/cereals.

Room needs some renovating. I noticed some holes in the ceiling. (Hotel is currently renovating so I hope it will be fixed soon). Bedsheets are too small, mattress cover kept slipping away. Opening the window if you are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor is not recommended, guests like to smoke in front of the entrance.

Great breakfast selection. Pool and sauna place is fun and enjoyable for the most part and price. Although the spa was always occupied... Or maybe it was not operating... Or maybe you need to book in advance...?

Great location in the heart of the city, close to main street and all the restaurants etc. Property has a great swimming pool, excellent for kids. I actually prefer this swimming pool over the Druskininkai aqua park as it is much better for small kids in my opinion. Breakfast perhaps could be better, but overall I rate the hotel quite high.

Would like to have more healthy food/snacks choice during breakfast and in spa zone, as well no lunch opportunity before 15h in top floor restaurant, needed to go out for food as a la carte is strongly overpriced for the choice offered

Everything was fine, rooms are fine, even though a bit old already. Breakfast opportunities quite large, underground parking available and not a lot of people in water zone
