This hotel is exceptional, a real hidden gem and absolutely beautiful. Set above an oasis, the welcome you receive will make you feel like you never want to leave. Beautiful, large, air conditioned rooms, a fabulous swimming pool set in lovely gardens with Palm trees and fruit trees and flowers . The upper rooms overlook the Oasis, the ground floor step out into terraced areas next to the pool and dining area. Breakfast is served indoors or out, with Berber bread, Msemen , cheese, Jam's, honey, omelette, tea/ coffee and orange juice . The service is exceptional, our waiter Emad is fabulous and all the staff are attentive , friendly and professional . I have never given anywhere a 10 rating before, but this truly deserves it 🙏🏼

The hostel is a charming space in the middle of the desert. All the people who work there are very friendly and we are grateful for their hospitality.

Our one-night stay at Kasbah Ait BenHadda was a true delight. Traveling as a pair with our bikes, we were welcomed into a desert oasis. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, and the accommodations were superb. We left with a desire to return and experience its magic again. Highly recommended.

Remember to bring cash for the city tax as they don’t accept card but everything was great!

Much better than the pictures do the place justice!!!! The staff were so nice absolutely perfect! Breakfast and dinner was very good! We also found a super nice restaurant for lunch on our second day called Kasbah Datte Dor!

They propose something without telling you that it's not included and they do it in a way that is a bit sneaky so in the end, you pay almost the same price you paid for the room but in extra charges at checkout. That being said, it's not something exclusive from this hotel, it's something they do everywhere here. Always verify the price before ordering anything. Sheets and towels were clean but stainned - if you are on the picky side, you might not appreciate.

Stay went well in general. The staff is very polite, available and alert 24/7.

The place is like an oasis. Wonderful pool area offering a nice rest after a day in the desert. The food is nice and the staff is extremely friendly. We stayed here with my kids for one night and went back after a trip in the desert to chill out two more days.

It’s some kind of castle in the middle of nowhere. Orangy-red buliding near by desert. We’re there two times in and to way back to Sahara. When we crossed the threshold we know thats the place. Pleace is amazing peacefull and calm. If yu want to rest form Marrakesh noise this is the best place. The Staff is increible they are very, very helpfull. If you’re travelling to Merzugoa you have to stay there.

Not really a dislike, just word to the wise: the owners don't speak a word of english. Not really a problem if you know a word of two in french...

The Kasbah is family run and everybody is super friendly and helpful. It all seems like a piece of lush paradise in an otherwise desolate place. The breakfast was wonderful, the Dinner was good.

They should have told us that they do not like cards,wanted payment in euros or dollars but not pounds which was all we had.When they realised that was all we had then miraculously a card machine appeared.Breakfast was basic

I would say the breakfast could be a little different every second day. We have stayed 4 nights and were missing a little change.

Great kasbah outside of Ouarzazate. The car is very essential as the place is 30 min outside of town. However, the pool is a game changer. Very traditional kasbah and the staff is amazing to accommodate any needs. Overall great place to stay with the family.
