The swimming pool was freezing. The service by the pool was very slow, we waited almost an hour for 2 sandwiches and a bottle of water.. which was a pity because the food was good, but unfortunately the wait was too long. And the hotel can get a bit noisy at nights, as the rooftop parties nearby are loud.

The staff, Ive been attended by a women at arrival, very kind and diligence. In the morning, for the check out, there was a fantastic guy there, very friendly and helpful (although he was Barça supporter), huge kudos for them.

Not at all a fault of the hotel, but around 4 & 5 am the 2 night clubs across the street close and the noise is terrible with cars sounding horns in the ensuing traffic chaos. I got woken up both nights at both times. Be advised you might not want a room facing the junction at the front of the hotel.

Hotel has good facilities and is easy walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna square and the Medina. I was pleasantly surprised to find I was upgraded to a larger room for free. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly, polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the sky roof top restaurant and had a lovely meal and a nice bottle of Moroccan made wine. The service was very good. The hotel serves a really nice buffet breakfast with plenty of choices.

Some aspects of the room and bathroom could use some renovation. The spa and training room were closed during our stay. The rooftop lounge was closed one of the nights due to a private event.

The bar on the rooftop is only open after 6pm. It would be nice to enjoy the sun at the rooftop with restaurant services during the day, but that was not an option unfortunately. At night the rooftop had a great DJ playing! The hotel restaurant downstairs offer very nice breakfasts with many options. One thing that could be improved is maybe a more clear table service. It sometimes felt like the restaurant staff was running around and everybody had 10 different tasks catering to all people all at once. A bit chaotic.. Other than that the staff is super friendly and happy to help!

The people are very friendly, the spa treatments were excellent and the extra care the hotel manager took to make sure everything was good was really nice!!

despite what was mentioned at booking, there was no air-conditioner (temperature outside reached 27 ° cel ) no water boiler there is a nespresso coffee machine without capsules rooms are small, almost half the space is toilet

How close the room was to the club. Would’ve liked air con that was colder, but appreciate that this is a personal preference.

The staff were attentive and very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. There are some rooms close to the club which is quite noisy. There was a female day manager who was very attentive.
