Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Easy to find. Reasonably close to town centre, but not walking distance. All the basic things you need, but nothing more. On street parking for motorcycles right outside hotel

Breakfast was OK
The place was perfect for my purposes as I was travelling by car and exploring the region: the hotel is at the crossroad for most destinations. Staff was friendly though didn't have much interaction with them. The place is quiet (but then so is all Ouarzazate). Parking was easy as there was a demolition site across the road... that might change though. Street parking would be possible.

For what you pay for there isn't much more to expect. The soap in the washroom comes in the form of tiny packets that you need to tear open, and it would have been more convenient if it were just bottles of liquid soap. The rooms lack a bit of space to store luggage and sit down - there really isn't any where except the lobby to be able to sit other than your bed and the single chair in your room.
This is a really basic no-nonsense hotel that's well kept, clean, and has friendly staff. The rooms were very clean but lacked anything more than a simple chair (just one) a table, and a bed but that is what you pay for. The location is great, only about a 20 minute walk to the main square of the city, and even closer to some local restaurants. This isn't Marrakech though so you'll need to walk a ways away or take a cab if you want to see anything other than neighbourhood streets. The breakfast was also very good for the value and considering it is just downstairs within the property it is worth it. There was a bit of a language barrier with the check-in staff but they were very friendly and helpful and it all worked out in the end.

We travelled for a full week from marrakesh to merzouga, so I feel confident in the following statement: Every listing in morroco looks 20% better in booking than in real life.
The staff was very nice and helpfull, and the breakfast was great! They had parking right in front of the hotel wich was great.

The area is not you would call salubrious but petit taxis are very cheap so it's not really a big problem.
The hotel might be a bit basic but it is good value . And the staff are very friendly . Which I think makes up for any perceived short comings and I have stayed there several times and will do again .ⁿ

Nothing stroke me as unpleasant. We did have a good time. Perhaps (but just if I had to say something ) breakfast could have been a little faster. But not a major issue as it was DELICIOUS
It’s very central and in a strategic position if you want to have a little rest in ourzazate.

It was very cold during my stay (-2 overnight) and the room heater struggled to cope. In addition the shower was only lukewarm and the bar area where breakfast is served was very cold.
Good location, walking distance into town. Off road parking opposite the hotel with a night guardian. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
