We loved Auberge de la Table and can highly recommend it. The family bungalow was spacious and has tasteful decoration. One sleeps right next to the Arboretum. Food was great. Staff very welcoming. We will be back!

Amazing multilingual staff, incredible and fairly priced food and drinks, relaxing atmosphere. Immaculately clean and butiful. Everyone was very helpful. Strong wifi, hot water, comfortable beds. We stayd for one night on our road trip and enjoyd great food and great, quiet sleep.

We stayed here for one night after a flight from Antananarivo to break up the journey to Isalo. It completely exceeded our expectations and we could have stayed longer. It is a lovely hotel with gardens, the bungalows are so pretty and clean and very comfortable and a lovely dinner! The staff were friendly and helpful, we particularly enjoyed our night walk to see the mouse lemurs with our guide who spoke great English and new everything about the plants and animals we saw. Thank you!

Very overpriced in my opinion. Rooms are very small compared to similar places we have stayed on this trip. Mosquito nets are heavily stained on top & beds are not comfortable. Limit of 4 in an airport pickup vehicle, though there would have been plenty of space for the five of us (2 adults & three children) & all our luggage. We were required to pay for 2 vehicles (50,000AR/vehicle) for the very short distance out to the hotel. Quite shocked at how extremely overpriced this was for what it was & wouldn't stay there again due to that. The hotel in general was expensive for what it is & with booking we had to pay in full when we booked with no cancelation option. Every other place we've booked here gave us free cancelation up until a few days before our stay. Their policy is unacceptable to me in a country where everything (including internal flights) are constantly changing & is not the tourists fault.

The food was ok. At this period of the year, more blankets are needed I think. I am not sure if the pool was free or not, but with the price of the rooms, i hope it is.

The best part of the trip was the amazing tour of Jeanto. He guided us for an entire day with a lot of passion about everything he knows about the area. He is an expert in the flora and fauna of the place and loves telling about it and he is able to combine this with many jokes and laughes that brighten up your entire day!

There was two vegetarian dishes on the menu. I had the pasta with tomato sauce was pretty good. And apparently the goats cheese there is supposed to be very good. I’ll try that next time I’m there.

I regret that I could not stay longer !

Absolutely fantastic hidden jewel. The bungalow is designed in a refined way which one would never expect in those parts of the country. The chef prepares meals as if I am royalty and the staff is very professional.

The staff is welcoming, the rooms and restaurant are spacious and very well-kept, modern, clean and fancy. The place is about 13 km from the city centre but the hotel is located in a beautiful and very peaceful setting which is much better than the centre. Quality-price exceptional! Highly recommended!

there is nowhere to hang the showerhead, you have to hold it while you shower. the hotel is about 8km from toliara.

The public restrooms were pretty disgusting and our driver had to take a hotel in town as their room looked like a „zebu barn“. The staff didn’t seem very motivated and overall the property seemed not to be taken very much care of.
