Not much. The water in the shower wasn't really hot, but that didn't bother. And the host fixed some small problems right away. We were on the 4th floor and as there wasn't an elevator we had to do 8 stairs every time. But that is very good to get people in their forties and fifties a bit fitter :-)

Perfect place to stay near the lake Ohrid. A bit outside the town of Ohrid, but by car very close. The view on the lake from the fourth flour is really breath taking and the appartments are very big and have enough comfort. The host is very helpful and friendly. You can even play ping pong, do some fitness and have a swim in the swimming pool.

We liked the stay very much, apartment was spacious enough and well equipped. Regarding location, perfect, we had our own car there and we could get everywhere from here in only couple of minutes. I personally enjoyed the gym downstairs, very well equipped, big plus for me… Swimming pool a huge positive plus, children loved it. Actually, we are discussing with my wife to book your apartment next year as well, we were very satisfied. Stay safe and healthy and maybe see you next year….Peter + family

It is 2 km away from the city center. Or you may have to walk 500 meters to get down to the beach. But we didn't have a problem with any of them.

When we arrived at the facility, we were greeted at the door. The staff helped us park our vehicle. They also helped us with the transport of our luggage. Information about the facility was very helpful. It is quite ideal for family accommodation. We stayed very comfortably with 2 adults and 2 children. We used the room facing the back of the facility. It has quite large rooms and a living room. The children were very comfortable. The pool was well-kept and clean. The children entered the pool. The staff provided support for the morning walk. It has an incredible nature and lake view. It has a kitchen where you can cook the meals. We will come again in our next stay.

Apartment was huge, kids got some toys to play with and pool was great with amazing view. We walked to the old town many days and kids could borrow a scoot from apartment. For car there is a parkinghall for free and the man in reception was more than friendly: walked with us to foodstore, told us some tips about things to do...

The refrigerator was not working in our room but I'm sure they would fix it if we would ask. It's our problem that we did not asked for it to be fixed.

An excellent place with a magnificent view. Although I don't recommend swimming in Ohrid lake, you should definitely come and enjoy the view from Villa Marta.

That there were no nets on the balkony doors and windows that open, so insects can easliy come inside.

The apartments are spacious, the kitchen is equiped with everything necesary, the bed is very big the balkony has beautifull view. The place was clean. It was very comfortable stay. The pool and outside facilities were also very clean. The staff was always helpfull for everything we needed. I recomend it!
