You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomIf you eat inside at night the TV is on making it difficult to have a good conversation and although the decor is fine during the day it’s a tad utilitarian at nighttime. The walls are thin and you could hear movement, voices and the scraping of chairs on the floors.
The location is perfect for access to the sea, for restaurants, bus stops and you can’t hear the main road noise. The room was basic but clean and had tea/coffer making facilities. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold food and on a buffet basis and g/f toast available on request. The coffee was excellent. The meals available in the evening were very good and on the large portion size!! All the staff were super friendly and efficient and made the stay even better. Hats off to them ……

PolandBathroom was different than on the pictures with English old tap. Shower had curtain not cabin.after shower was full of water on the floor. It's been described wed had view on the garden, it was backyard with full of crap.Beds were uncomfortable. We could hear everything from other room. I expected more during booking.

United KingdomWhen we got there, the pool was supposed to be open, it took them more than half of our stay to properly open the pool and we couldn’t even use it for more than a day (we were there for 9 days), even though they said it would be available on arrival. The shower had limescale which we had to clean ourselves the first day there in order to have a proper shower. We also had to ask them for a proper clean of the room as the first time they cleaned it, it did not even look as if they were even there.
The staff was amazing everyone was lovely and the view is really nice.

MaltaTV doesn't work. No DND sign available in room and no instruction card for facilities such as WiFi or room service. Got them after enquiring at reception because housekeeping kept knocking every 30 minutes. Room has safe for valuables but no fridge, hair dryer or iron.
The room was clean and had tea/coffee making facility. Bathroom was minimally equipped but clean and spacious. Room had working a/c and good lighting. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were very kind and helpful.
