The room was clean and well furnished. Smell was good inside the room. The door was secure and made to feel safe. There was a piano in the lobby, hope that they’ll find someone to play it in the evenings. Window views were nice. Food quality was good at restaurants, especially chicken soup.

The noise at night time from traffics and people

Great location with easy access of buses. No need to rent a car. The property was very clean and helpful and friendly staff.

Noise from outside, which came from the ventilation unit outside. Rooftop pool was not yet open. Boring shower head.

The roof top pool and pool surrounding could do with a make over.

The location was fabulous for us, it was quiet but within easy walking distance of the night life if you wanted that. The hotel staff were lovely and very friendly. As we were with family staying in other hotels we didn't use the facilities in the hotel, but I would not hesitate to book and stay here again. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed our stay here, thank you.

The pool is small and not many sun loungers and the TV didn’t have option for streaming channels

The staff were very helpful, it’s a nice location and quiet despite being near to bars and clubs. The room was nice and the bed was so comfortable. The pool is a nice little escape from the Malta sun. Breakfast was great! So much choice.

Bread at breakfast. Always dry and tasteless. More vegetarian options. Bar area lacked any atmosphere. Not the fault of the hotel but St Julians Bay Area is much like a building site, Rather dirty and dusty.

Checkin took ages as our room was not ready due to refurbishment . Room we were eventually allocated did not have the requested double bed ( two separate singles pushed together ) - neither did it have a kettle as requested - so no drink making facilities in the room . Shower pressure was not great . Rooftop pool is tiny

There was one thing that I really disliked and that was the loud music at night. Our room was located above the bar downstairs and they would play loud music late into the night (4 in the morning). I would assume other rooms in the hotel would not have the same problem.

Loved the size of the room. It was a lot bigger than what I expected; and the same can be said about the bed. The hotel offered an amazing buffet breakfast. There was something for everyone. The pool was heated which I didn't expect. We definitely enjoyed going for a swim, especially my son.

Fire alarms were more than those necessary for staff training. Faulty perhaps? More information, would have been helpful.

Staff were helpful throughout and were particularly helpful at reception. The room was clean and made up daily with a wonderful sea view (extra but worthwhile). B'fast was very good but could have offered a little more variety, both hot and cold each day.

The lobby, halls and even the rooms were a bit dirty. The bath tub was covered in something red, we have no idea what it was, but definitely not a pleasant thing to see.

It was in a really nice, busy area, a few blocks away from both the beach and the party district, a lot of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Staff was nice and helpful.

The rooms/accomodations directions from the reception area needs improvement. We experienced some difficulty first couple of times to locate our room and we met others confused with same issue in/out of the lifts, everyone seemed confused. The hotel was undergoing refurbishment as well no clear signage.

A room with a large and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom with bathtub. Toilet with bidet. All the extras for a 4 star hotel with outdated furniture that was replaced during our stay. Excellent internet. Free underground parking.
