It was disappointing to find: * No paper towels, napkins or shampoo/cream rinse. * The bed, while comfortable squeaks every time you move. * The envelope left asking for a cleaning tip was located on the empty paper towel holder next to the empty napkin holder. * I would have normally left $20.00 for 3 nights, but the “before leaving” instructions required me to do 1/2 the work, including emptying all the garbage cans and stripping the bed. I paid a cleaning fee and felt the fee would cover these chores. * I was told I’d have underground parking, but when I arrived I was told this Condo didn’t include underground parking. * I was told that if the Condo didn’t have Reverse Osmosis, which Condo B703 did not have, I would be provide water, no water was provided...but we were cautioned not to drink the water.

B703 - The condo was nice and comfortable. When we arrived it was clean. The view was beautiful and we felt safe. Bella Sirena was very well kept, the grounds and pools were well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived had to drive somewhere downtown to pick up a key (they have a re programmable lock on the door) from an idiot that couldn’t even figure out how to use a printer. This was 30 min away from actual property. Got to the property had no hot water, I called and no one showed up for over a day they never confirmed they fixed it! I then somehow got another charge for $200 which they have yet to respond why. I will be disputing the entire charge for fraud. I would definitely consider a stay again just not with this host or castaway vacation rentals About the property!!The staff is miss informed running a 2x1 special but charges your card full charge and then acts clueless when you confront them about it. They have zero amenities on property they just refer you to Sonoran properties if you even need a bottle of water!

Sunday morning we walked by the pools twice. Once going to the beach and a few hours later on our way home. There was a lot of beer cans and trash in most of the pools. In fact, we saw a gentleman come in the pool area in his swimsuit and towel. He looked at the pools in discussed and turn and went back to his room. We were surprised that the pools were not clean when we returned from the beach.

The condo and the views were excellent! Easy to get to where we were going.

the AC was broken the first night. the vacation rental company did not answer the phone the majority of the trip. we had to spend the first night and the second day without AC. they asked us to stay in the room so they could access the unit and fix it.

Castaways itself was a horrible experience, we could not reach them almost the entire weekend. We got sent the incorrect address to pick up the room key and a 60 minute window to pick up the keys if we didn't want to pay a $50 fee. When we tried to call for the correct address, they never answered. Once we found their office via google and some guessing, we were told the room was only locked via code, so I see no reason for us having to go all the way out there to pick up a code. The code given to us was the same code as the previous visitors, and "would be changed within the next hour or 2". The entire weekend the same code as the previous visitors had to be used. The code was never changed. Additionally we still found damp towels in the washer and dryer, the dishwasher did not work (which we also couldn't reach the office about), and the shower still had lumps of hair hanging on the walls and the faucet. No shampoo or conditioner was provided, only bars of hand soap. After booking a long list of fine print was sent out that was too extensive. It felt as if the company was trying to upcharge for everything they possibly could. Resort fee was not mentioned at time of booking, turns out to be $50 per person. Would definitely recommend Bella Sirena again, but definitely not Castaways.

The resort itself met expectations, the suite was large and had all the amenities. The pools and grounds were clean and well maintained. The prices at the swim up bar were also fair.

The property is fine, the problem is to get the keys after 5:00 PM, you have to go at Sonoran Spa, where Cast away has 24 hrs lobby service (you re not allow to get in the property if you’re not booking with this resort). There is an emergency phone which they are not going to answer if they are busy; they will prioritize the Sonoran Spa booking first and only when they get free, they will go outside the gate to assist you ( about 1-3 hours wait). Don’t waist your time trying to communicate by phone over the weekend, best way is to drive to this place and ask one of the guards to call the front desk.
