Our room was close to an outside hallway, which was commonly used by external people to get to the beach.

The staff was amazing, they're very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. All facilities were very comfortable and nice. It was great having the beach in front of the hotel. It was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again!

I have only one suggestion. An ice machine which could be in a public area where we could chill our water/drinks.

Only problem, which I’m sure will be resolved, is that hot exhaust from the mini-split air conditioner blows back in through the bathroom window.

Beautiful location, beach and pool. Fine restaurant. Super service. Mgr speaks English perfectly and was always available for help. Luxury sheets and towels. Comfy bed and lots of chaise-lounges. Perfectly clean, peaceful and quiet. Everything was top-of-the-line.

There are bugs in the room and we did get some bites, but nothing too annoying. The only other thing is that the restaurant closes early, as do many others in San Agustinillo.

The staff were, without exception, the kindest, most welcoming, and friendly of anywhere I have ever stayed. The location is unbeatable, on the prettiest part of a gorgeous beach. The food was probably the best in town. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else on my future visits.

Lighting in the room and bathroom could be better. the bathroom could benefit from an update and a bigger shower. Bedding could also be better - the pillows were small and not very comfortable, we had to ask for extra pillows and a blanket.

The room was quite dark and on the street side so quite noisy in the mornings. It's worth noting that the restaurant closes at 5pm which was slightly frustrating as I arrived at 5.30pm and didn't necessarily feel like going and exploring the town on my own after dark to try and find food. I am a confident swimmer so was happy to go and cool down in the sea but it is definitely dangerous so take all of the advice from the locals and don't risk it on stormier days.

The location is incredible. Right on the beach with stunning views from the courtyard, pool and terrace. The staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming. The manager Michel was also great. Always up for a chat and helping if you need anything. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool pleasant. Very easy to get to Mazunte, Zipolite etc by taxi. I was only there for two nights but all in all, a comfortable and quiet stay.

Two things - the water in front of the hotel is quite scary with currents etc - it’s a shame not to be able to jump into the sea on hot days (and some were veryyy!). We had I think one of the most character-ful rooms but there was no bathroom door and an additional large ‘design’ hole between the bedroom & bathroom - not very romantic 😉🙈. If that was resolved would be perfect!

The staff were WONDERFUL! The food great, ambience too. There were a couple of limiting rules at the hotel but staff sooo accommodating!

Restaurant closes at 5…only wished it was open for supper….selfishly because the food was great. But I also understand why it’s closed with such a small guest numbers.

The location on the beach with a great pool, the staff, the food at the restaurant, and the overall value for staying at a location like this. The property is super cute yet Mexico rustic. The manager is super helpful, personable, and very accommodating to their guests. Walking distance to everything you need. Another great stay for us at Casa Aamori. If there were a coffee pot and small refrigerator in the room, Aaomori would be close to perfect. Our room was on the street side which was somewhat noisy from morning until about 10pm. After that it was quiet. The restaurant didn’t open until 8am which meant we had to wait to get coffee and closed at 4pm. Fortunately, there was someone on site to help us if we needed ice or water.

The minute we walked through the front door, it felt like we’d found an oasis. The center court leads right out to the ocean and is lined by all of the suites. Our king suite was spacious and had a closet and dressers which is so nice when you’re spending a few days somewhere. The bathroom and balcony was large as well. The chairs and swings on the beach were perfect! They provided nice beach towels too. The beach is glorious, easy to walk and not rocky.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a calmer area of Mazunte, not directly in the center of this cute hippie village. The staff is amazing, the Manager welcomed us so warmly. Everybody is so friendly and wants to make this time amazing for you. we have not experienced such hospitality in a lot of places. The terrace and lounge area is amazing, direct view on the beach. we have slept in a room to the street, but the area is rather quiet at night. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, for dinner you find some cute places in walking distance (5 min). we recommend El Navegante!
