Rooms very outdated, the bed sheets were all stained and worn out. The window screens and blinds were stained and old, long way to the beach, the lower Bahia resorts nearby the beach seemed to have better food @ the buffet, towels (bath & beach) were extremely worn out, resort is very far from Cancun airport, taxis are expensive. We had an unpleasant experience with cabsi & mozio taxi on our way from Cancun airport to the resort. All inclusive Cocktails have very little alcohol, wine tasted very cheap. If you want premium you must pay extra. A la carte restaurants for dinner were disappointening, no authentic food, nothing compared to a real upscale restaurant. Unfortunately we were forced to stay in the resort because we booked a tour to Tulum on the day before our departure (very limited availability over the weekend) via Bahia app and apparently nobody received our reservation! So we lost the opportunity of seeing anything outside the resort.

Staff was nice, food was good @ the buffet, a la carte restaurants for dinner - presentation and service were nice. Had a good experience with the taxi reserved for us by Bahia to get to the airport in Cancun, Gustavo was our driver and had his own company, it was more expensive but safe and pleasant trip.

The facilities were outdated and you could tell that even though the sheets were clean, they were old. The bedsheets literally looked like they had been there for at least 5-7 years just continuously cleaned but becoming damaged along the way. We couldn’t even enjoy the spa tub because is was so old and cracking.

I did like the option to go to all of the locations via the trolleys they had. I thought the buffets were pretty good and the fresh cooked buffet chefs were excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful!!!

Used sofa bed in the room but metal hurted my back. Asked extra mattress on top of, but still very uncomfortable to sleep on. Could update the sofa for extra guest.

Adult only hotel. Quiet and chill vibes. You can access adult only beach in the same hotel resort, the beach bar & all hotel's buffet. Breakfast and silence disco are big highlight to recommend!

Checking in online was a bit of a pain, there was no clear way to booking any of the restaurants for specific days of our stay. The app basically booked them for us and there was no way to change these. Some of the restaurants were obviously unavailable, however they did not seem to be full to capacity when walking around the complex.

The Staff are great, very polite and attentive. The resort is nice and quiet with a very relaxed vibe. Food choices are good, with a mix of buffet and restaurant variations.

Some of staff quite clumsy/inexperienced in how they handled issues including an incident with my daughter travelling alone in a taxi who wasn’t allowed into the resort for half an hour!

I didn’t like the very “intense”mildew smell in our room, old and a bit outdated. Time for an upgrade and perhaps as well, more training for the room service staff, not always consistent with cleaning and or stocking tea/coffee service.

The hotel was really nice. I was a great locatiin close to the lobby. Some of the restaurants were not so good as far as the food but the buffet was good. Sone if the flavored alcohol drinks tasted of artifical sweetener which I did not like. The staff were great...the spa was wonderful.

I didn't like staying so far away from the beach. We spent a lot of time waiting for the shuttle to get to the beach and other locations.

We have been here two other times and have really enjoyed it. Great food, nice amenities...etc.

There was a broken pipe next to our room, the smeel was terrible and there was dirty water everywhere... One day they did not clean our room (althought the sign in the door indicated that we wanted the room to be clean). There were some included activites that we weren't able to do because the flags on the beach were red... (they were always red even if the sea was calm). The animation at night was quite poor.

The hotel was in general good, the food was plenty and well cooked. The staff was helpfull. The room was very spacious and the facilities were well preserved and great for relaxation. It was good value for the money.

Beautiful resort with fantastic staff, everyone was so friendly (shout out to Freddy in the entertainment crew and Diana in the buffet), helpful and attentive. Lots of helping with Spanish and genuinely making sure we had the best time. Food was great, pools were fantastic, drinks really nice, would return in a heartbeat. We went for our honeymoon and honestly I am so glad, can't imagine a better time.

As soon as we arrived, we were hit with a $500 environmental fee, which was never indicated on bookings.com😡 cleaning of our rooms were really not good at all too many bugs. To be honest this is definitely not a five star hotel.

The pools were nice The buffet was good the transportations to, and from the other hotels were good. and the entertainment at night was also good.

Bugs in bed and dining table and night stand. No compensation from staff for infested room. Food was sub-standard. Most of the staff does not speak English, there is a language barrier. Place is in a jungle that is not groomed. The worst thing was bugs in the room , staff needed to figure out how to control this situation. Staff didn't have another room to put us in that was comparable, but tried to put us in a smaller room that didn't accommodate 3 people, but told us they tried to accommodate us by moving us to a room that didn't accommodate 3 people. That is not a solution. The staff did not accommodate us at all. the only thing they kept saying was we would do a deep clean on the room, and it was still bugs after that. Horrible room conditions.

There was nothing that I really disliked. If there was one thing I might have a little grumble about would be that the food was not as fancy as I remembered.

Our room was wonderful. Clean, everything worked, from the air conditioning to having hot water. The room was a joy to go back to after spending the whole day in the sun. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. These wonderful people work so hard to make your stay memorable, from the cleaning staff, entertainment staff, dining staff, gardeners, tram drivers, porters, front desk staff. Thank you all for making this vacation one to remember. Just a quick note, please tip generously. These hard working people deserve every penny given.

Staff was terrible and indifferent. From checking in to answering concerns. Room was dirty. I have pictures. A blind fell on my head as I was trying to close it to go to bed at 2300. Called the front desk three times to fix. No one showed up. Finally went to bed at 0100. Single female in a ground room floor left me exposed to anyone that walked by. Went to the lobby in the morning to address it. Manager stated that they didn’t know. Had me fill out an incident report. Overall they didn’t give a shit. Thank God I didn’t have a concussion and laid on the floor until my sister woke up the next morning. That was fixed. Later that day returned to room. No towels after they cleaned the room. Called six times and after an hour and a half I lost my shit. They came to deliver towels. Went to dinner off the compound. Was quoted $53 round trip by the taxi booth in the lobby. Gave the driver $60 on the first leg. When we returned to the lobby the driver stated that it was $73 round trip. The person who arranged the ride insisted that that is what he quoted me. Complete lie. My sister was there as a witness for the first quote. Terrible that for a 30 minute ride one way that your hotel would charge $146. I take Uber and have never paid that much for a single ride and then tried to fleece us on top of that. We didn’t have enough cash for the extra charge so my sister had to use an ATM in the lobby that charged $15 just to use it. Where we were located there was a loud noise that would come on randomly very loud. Think national disaster siren. Not sure what it was but it kept me up. Then woke me up at 0500. The beds were like a plank of wood. Prison bunks are probably more comfortable. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. I wouldn’t stay here if they paid me.

Aside from the staff, everything else was well below par. For an all inclusive luxury type resort this was far from luxurious. The grounds were very old and are in need of a definite refresh. The room was significantly dated, the TV in our room was tiny and you could only see if from the bed. The food at the buffet looked like left overs from a week ago and the bugs were present immediately stepping out of the taxi. We checked in on Sunday May 28th at 730pm and checked out Monday the 29th by 12pm noon even thought we had already paid in full.

I didn’t like when I arrived the manager Guiellmo told me I was in the correct room. I actually had a screen shot of my booking and the room. I felt like it was a bait and switch and when confronted about it i was told I would have to move 3p the next day due to thier mistake. The staff fed the wildlife it was awful. The racoons were so familiar with people because they allow staff and guests to feed them.

1. Swimming pools have sooo loud and obnoxious music that you hear it a mile away in far away rooms - and can't read, focus, relax or enjoy your vacation. 2. Time slot for lunch is too narrow, should be till later, I was walking hungry as buffet was closed after 3pm! :( 3. The pool snack bar with food is NOT open 24/7 as they advertsise - it's very filthy, not cleaned enough, bathroom there is nasty filthy, and they never have any fruits there after first one disappears.
