We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Amazing building, straight out of 1930s glamour Hollywood! The pool was super cool as well. Rest was updated at various times and tired but who cares - the bed was fine.

The building itself is really beautiful. My room was big and the the bed was comfy. The room and en-suite were clean and the shower was hot and powerful. I only stayed one night as was transiting in Cancun so the location being near the airport was ideal.

United KingdomI booked the hotel because it says on booking.com that they have a pickup service from the airport, which I pre booked. Unfortunately my email request was ignored (was it a language issue and?) and I ended up being over priced by a dodgy airport taxi service. I was so angry and disappointed as the only reason I booked the Mansion hotel was because they offered airport pickup, which clearly wasn't true.
The room was spacious and clean, the garden and hotel space beautiful and staff helpful.

Beautiful grounds and great looking pool, though we did not use it. Fairly convenient to the airport and there are a few small restaurants nearby: Taco Dany had very good tacos.

CanadaAlthough it is relatively close to the airport it is still kind of out of the way and well off the ADO bus route from the airport to the city.
Friendly and helpful, organized a taxi to the airport in the middle of the night. We would definitely recommend getting them to arrange a taxi if you are going to or from the airport (300p vs 1100p from the official airport taxis). Nice pool area although we were only there for the one night and didn't get a chance to use it. Not many restaurants nearby but there is a very basic but friendly taco place just up the street.

United States of AmericaThe address listed on Booking.com is incorrect and we ended up in a sketchy area trying to find the property. Also, the place is listed as a Bed and Breakfast but they did not serve breakfast.
The host was very kind and waited till 1am for us to arrive after flying into Cancun. We only stayed a night but the hotel itself was beautiful. Also for four people to stay the cost was very affordable!

Great swimming pool and grounds. Use of kitchen was helpful and free coffee in the morning. The owner also drove us 40minutes to our next location because we struggled to find a taxi/Uber on Christmas Day. They were friendly and kind and we are very grateful.

BelizeThe shower cubicle was tiny and the water took 10 minutes to run hot. Other rooms probably differ.
The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The bed was very good, the aircon worked quietly, the WiFi was effective. The toilet had a seat (not always the case in cheap Mexican hotels in my experience). I didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Close to the airport, taxi there cost 300 Pesos. There is an Oxxo just round the corner.
