The room given was on first floor with an entrance outside of the main hotel area , ie in the market area so did not get the feeling of belonging to the Hotel Bathroom floor was uneven with pooling of water.

Excellent location with in walking distance from the Ferry dock. The room was decent as described. Although all equipment was available, quality of utensils could be improved. Downtown area and main market was next to the Hotel.

Plumbing issues...but, they were fixed very quickly!

The staff was awesome and it was such a beautiful property...they cleaned the rooms EVERY day during our stay!

Second floor patio is not available to patrons in the afternoon and evenings. A huge missed opportunity that management should rectify as it would enhance the customer experience.

The location in Centro is very convenient and close many restaurants, bars and shops.

The bar sink in my studio room only had the cold water available, which made it more difficult to wash the dishes. I did not personally use the common kitchen area off courtyard, but the scrub pads to clean dishes/etc. did not look very sanitary. A spacious outdoor area overlooking 5th avenida, was only available to persons purchasing the breakfast, and then only for a limited amount of time. An undeveloped third story rooftop area with a partial ocean view is a missed opportunity, which could be made available with just a few safety/ convenience modifications, and also the desire to improve the guest experience with the added benefit of claiming " Ocean view rooftop patio " in the hotel 's promotional website.

Any requests that I had were quickly completed by the hotel staff.

Great location, charming little hotel right in the center of town. Walking distance to the ferry pier, restaurants, dive boats. Everything you need. Staff was exemplary. Friendly and helpful. Great value!

Bathrooms need some attention, but when I was there, they were in the process of retiling the bathrooms.

This little hotel has excellent location. Walking distance to everything needed. Very unique hotel. Is definitely a little charmer. Miguel at the front desk is very helpful and pleasant. You have meet the turtle family located in the lounging area. If you're looking for something different, this is the place.

Excellent staff! The location is close to everything I needed on a daily basis. My friends who were diving were only a few blocks from their dive office as well.

There is nothing not to like about it, everything was perfect. If something, is a basic hotel for sleeping and diving ; ) don’t expect any luxury room or stunning facilities. It really depends on what your plan is. Like I said, our plan was diving and for that it was perfectly suited!

As all the rooms face an inner court yard it was better to be upstairs rather than downstairs.

We chose this hotel also because of the nice rooms overlooking the beautiful inner courtyard however upon arrival we have been given probably the only room which didn't face the courtyard but faced the reception instead, with no daylight and not much privacy. After speaking with the staff we eventually managed to get the room next to it,which was in a bit better location.

The beds are a bit springy and maybe not the best for heavier people or older people.

The turtles!! They have resident turtles in the shared patio. It's fun to watch them walk around. It's also really cool to see all the old antiques they have.

the window was oriented to the patio so you couldnt really vent the room, it was always a little humid, the beach towels never dried :D

great location right in the city centre - everythings near. the room is spacious, breakfast provided for 120$ (eggs by your choice, cereals, pancakes, fruit tea/coffe). cielo tour available for 850$ (standard 4h). free water provided
