The beach was not swimmable, but we knew that going in. All the beaches on the Pacific Ocean side are not swimmable.

Everything about the place was awesome! It was adults only so it provided a quieter, relaxing atmosphere. It was clean throughout and the staff were very attentive and kind. We stayed in the Towers so we had a butler and access to the VIP Lounge. We had great views and the food in all the restaurants was delicious!

Lettuce in salad from pool bar was beginning to spoil. Didn’t get the king bed requested on the first night. Some rooms don’t have sufficient shade and sun beats in. Would like two sinks in the bathroom. Not enough lounges by pool. People monopolize them & resort allows it. Need more umbrellas by pool. Very high extra charge for gold menu items at peninsula restaurant

Beautiful location. Our butler was wonderful. They worked to resolve any issues promptly. Food in 2 of 3 restaurants we went to was excellent. Rooms were very nice. Liked having a suite. Moved us to a room with desired king bed the second night. Resort is well maintained.

If you didn't tip you were given bad service. Biggest negative. We have gone to Cabo many times and not experienced this behavior. Tips should be welcomed, not expected.

Felt like a private beach. Food was excellent. Pools were great, one was warmer than the other so depending on what temp you were looking for there was something for everyone.

The resort was spotless and maintained meticulously all the time. Food was amazing and the value for your money is great. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. It was great not to be in the middle of Cabo with all the parties and noise.

Food poisoning. Two of our group ended up really sick for a day. Front desk said “that’s normal after a hurricane”.

Amazing location. We stayed at Pacifica for two nights after 3 nights at Sunset. While Sunset is larger and has more options (all available to you at Pacifica) the Pacifica is much cleaner, quieter, higher end finishes and much more relaxing. Facilities were amazing and it was quiet and relaxing. No need to hoard a pool chair here.

You have to be very specific about what alcohol you want in your drink. I would ask for absolute vodka and they would still try to sneak in Oso Negro. We had bartenders and waiters that were super nice. Once you questioned the change in drinks their whole demeanor changed.

It was very nice and clean. Loved the rooms and facilities. Our butler, Alberto. Was a gem!

Drinks were basic tho. Can't complain as it's all-inclusive and we were able to buy good ones if needed.

Foods were amazing. All restaurants was more than expectation if you think of "all-inclusive" quality. Staffs were very helpful, kind and gave us a positive energy during whole stay. Resort was clean and well-managed.

There's expectation of tips even if it's not demanded at every interaction. There's no heater in the rooms and it can be a bit chilly at night.

The location is amazing and the food is good. Most of the staff doesn't push very aggressively for tips.

There aren’t any events - you need to find your own entertainment. Also, you can’t swim in the water (ocean) because the shorebreak is just too intense. In my opinion, the spa services are certainly over priced, I live in one of the most expensive cities in the states & the spa prices are way higher than the ones here. Finally, to go to the other resorts in downtown, you first have to go to the resort closest by & transfer - and those shuttles, while free, are frequently full (so you might as well take a taxi unless you seriously planned ahead).

Food was good, service was excellent, and it’s a very calm place. The adult only atmosphere, coupled with the remoteness of the location just make for a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
