Shower takes a long time to heat up and this wastes water. The room I stayed in is a little bit older and the towels also look used and old.

During check-in, we encountered a minor issue with our booking not showing up in the system. However, the staff promptly resolved the matter within just a few minutes, showcasing their efficiency and professionalism.

It was a pleasant experience. Breakfast at the hotel was decent, although it didn't quite reach the level of exceptional. The selection was satisfactory, and the food was enjoyable, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. On the upside, the room was clean and well-maintained. The highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night's sleep. Despite the initial hiccup, our stay was generally positive, and I would consider returning in the future.

For such a big room, I would recommend they put a small bar fridge in. Also ensure enough towels for guests.

The bed side lights were a bit annoying for us, we are both tall and seemed to bump heads with the lights often! EEEEKKKK! Also we rented bicycles for the day and the seat on my bike was not tightened well and kept on slipping back which made the ride to town a bit of a slog and annoying. Just a suggestion that they should have all their bikes sent for a service and make sure the bikes are ready for use.

I loved the area the villa was in - the view from the room and just the general layout of the room as well as the facility was all exceptional. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. They saw us bringing in a cooler box with soft drink and immediately arranged a small fridge be brought to our room, super impressed! We stayed for a week and ounce have stayed longer if we had the time to. The area that its located in is quiet and also close enough to the mall, restaurants etc to make it central to get around. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful and always ready to help. Such an amazing experience!

The lunch and dinner was not good, they need a proper chef.. all the times a had dinner I was disappointed… pizza was worse, dry and cold…the rump steak was even worse.. plZ get net chef..
