Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe travel to Flevoland for work, and the area does not have many hotels. This place works well for us, and the kids get to use the very nice pool. The site is very peaceful, and it is very well-priced.

United States of AmericaThe fact that they charge you for towels, soap and dish cleaning materials... come on guys, we came to the Netherlands as tourists into a cottage with an equipped kitchen...why would you force me to buy a full canister of dish washing soap or a full pack of toilet paper????
Great value for money, the room was clean and spacious, the park facilities were awesome.

United KingdomIt is expensive to eat out and buy on site. Best advice is buy before you go on the site. Choice of what to eat was limited. don't really cater for Vegetarians.
Excellent family stay, would recommend this Centre parcs to UK Family's. Better value for money than Centre Parcs in the UK. Lots to do, wonderful slike

GermanyFor that price we paid, I expected more, much more! The furniture was not new, sometimes even broken. No extra pillows, or blankets. There was no extra toilette paper available. The swimming pool on the weekends closes at 6pm. So if you are there on the weekend and want to explore the nearby attractions and spend the evening in the swimming pool, you will find the pool closed. In my opinion this should change. The vacation doesn't have week days and weekends in a place like this, and with a price like this. The choice of eating places onsite was limited, too. You get very expensive and unhealthy food. If you are in the swimming pool and want to eat healthy, better take your food with you. There was no nearby parking place. Parking close to the cottages is not allowed. One had to spend a lot of time bringing the car to the parking place and walking back (~20 min). And if you forgot to buy something from the store, then 30 min to walk there and back. Maybe this is OK for some people but my preference is to walk in nice places that I choose, not for parking and shopping on the vacation. Another annoying thing was that there were many activities for kids onsite but most of them were not included in the price. So a lot had to paid extra. All in all, paying around 300 EUR per day, this was not worth.
You get a cottage in the middle of the park, very quiet. Birds, ponds, ducks - all there. The swimming pool that is included in the price, is very nice, suited for all ages. There is a shop onsite, open every day 8am-8pm, even on Sundays or holidays. Fire place in the cottage. This could have been a real paradise if not the things that need to improve.

United KingdomThe mosquito's... I have never seen anything like it and they definitely have a problem at the park. There were so many in the house when we arrived and there were always loads waiting at the door to enter as soon as you opened it. We were unable to enjoy the outside at all, because as soon as you stopped walking you were surrounded by mosquito's. The park is huge, and you cannot park the car near the house. For us it was at least 10 minutes walk to the activities and the car (this was a quick walking speed carrying the kids). You have to pay extra for so many things. The weekend was super busy and it was hard to enjoy the pool with so many people in it. As I was on my own with two little kids, this park did not feel suitable for us. On top the long distances, my 2yo was able to open the front door (no option to lock it properly/child safe) and we would not have been able to open the back door without them being in the water immediately. But I think we would have been able to find a way around this if it wasn't for the mosquito's. We left after 3 nights, tired (being kept awake by mosquito's), and covered in bites. I know it is nature and when there is water there are more mosquito's, but this was insane and they definitely have a problem.
The house was s good standard and the park looks lovely. There is lots to do at the park. The staff were very nice and cheerful.

IsraelThe park is a car free park which is not mentioned anywhere. We stayed on very rainy days and were located at the end of the park zone 9. It was a 10 min walk to the parking. In the cold and rain less enjoyable. No flexibility on this from the staff. I am sure the park is a lovely place on warm days.
The park is beautifull and has a lot of facilities to make the stay great. The rooms are comfy and clean. We went with the kids, great location for the entire family.
