I would just suggest they add a courtain or paint shower door for increase privacy. Other than that, a truly amazing hotel!

We were on a Black floor interior room which meant the room color was mostly black. This made it very difficult to see, especially by the sink. There was a lighted make up mirror but the mirror over the sink was in shadow. Also an open overhead cupboard next to the sink was too deep (24”) so that we hit our head on the corner next to the sink several times. We are tall so perhaps shorter person may not have this issue. The room was well outfitted with nice amenities- including wine glasses. coffee & teas.

Location was convenient to train station and on the tram line which made traveling to sights easy. Breakfast was good and offered a variety.

The shower is basically in the bedroom, just hidden behind a wall. It might lead to some awkward situations.

It was clean, very comfortable, decor was to my taste, there was everything we would need.

They don’t offer dinner in this hotel so you would have to find somewhere else to have it. They have a bar with some snacks or a pizza but no dinner menu.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few 10 minutes walk to the Amsterdam Centraal station. The room, the hotel itself is immaculately clean and they change bed sheets every day. Toiletries are provided and replenished and fresh towels too. The members of staff are friendly, helpful, accommodating and informative as well as the cleaners. The breakfast that they offer is very good. You can have your eggs as fried, scrambled or as omelette depending on how you like it plus many more, hot or cold breakfast. There is a bar also if you fancy a drink in the evening. I would highly recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to booking again when we come back to this beautiful city of Amsterdam.

Best location, so we could reach everywhere in minutes by foot. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, with all needed staff and nice decoration

Monior niggle was lack off wardrobe.

The process from check-in to check-out was smooth and effortless. The facilities and the location were excellent. All major attractions were within walking distance. Close proximity of the railway was a bonus.

I couldn't pick a different room. I had a room on the first black level with a window to the block, which was a bit disappointing. Also, there are a few steps down you must take to get to the reception and elevator. There weren't many things to choose from for breakfast, but the coffee was good.

I really liked the location. It's right behind the Royal Palace and there are many places to eat, have a coffee or shop. Getting to the center is just a few blocks, but the streets are quiet at night. The interior is quite unique.

The hot water randomly didn't work one morning, presumably the tank was out or something. Also the lighting was super confusing, but we might also just be not used to the setup.

Location was fantastic! Breakfast was pretty good. The staff was super helpful and nice. The room was a good enough size. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had all the appropriate working parts.

The location is perfect. Walking distance from the main places but far enough from the noisy and dirty parts of the disctrict. Everybody was realy nice and yes, the breakfast was amazing!

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. Close to everything. The rooms are very pleasant and clean. The hotel staff is excellent, service-oriented, and courteous. The breakfast is not very rich, but definitely functional.
