There was no heating in our room, and we were very cold. The bathroom was very small, and it would have been nice to have at least a small table next to our beds. The towel I received was dirty.

Quickly accessible from the train station, it is in a good location. The receptionists are very nice, the check-in went quickly. I liked that the checkout was automatic. Good thing there was an elevator, we had heavy luggages. I liked that there are different programs and there is also a library.

everything was fine.

I took the breakfast just for one morning, it was delicious and there were many different options for breakfast cultures. There is a free ferry from the main train station to the side where the hotel is located, 24/7. The ferry takes less than 5 minutes and from there to the hotel is not even 5 minutes. It's a cool area with university buildings and alternative food places. There is a supermarket in the back street of the hotel. I will stay here again on my next trip.

They charge for bag storage. Early check-in needs to be reserved ahead of time. Don't let you sleep in the lounge, and check-in was late.

Room and bed was clean. 4-girl ensuite had two bathrooms-- one for toilet and one for showering which I find very smart. All other residents were quiet and respectful.

The value for money is really bad. Bed and pillows was not more then OK, bed was noisy, the water in the shower went all over except my body, windows can not be opened and worse than that it covered with some white wallpaper which makes the 9 squared meters even more claustrophobic. As I tolerated the clogged sink and didn't mention that in particular to the team that can be excluded of the recommendation.

The team in the reception was kind. Especially Ameen, Fara and Roy which was trying to do their best.

Just a small issue with the showers: because of the way it was designed the water kept overflowing and splashing out of the shower. Since there wasn’t a bath mat it was kind of gross to walk around with wet feet.

Shared dorms and facilities made it possible to meet new people. Felt like a small community and was really nice, the location was incredible and allowed for ease of travel… It was so easy to just drop things off and continue exploring the city. Staff was incredibly helpful and I felt very welcome.

Checkin is until 3pm, you can leave your stuff in the free lockers, but those are all taken since very early, probably from people already staying there. So you need to pay to store your luggage until checkin time. More free lockers should be available.

The walls were fairly thin and we could hear people walking past and talking in the corridors.

An affordable accommodation in a good location. It is only a short ferry ride from Centraal station. The room was small but it was very clean and even came with a hairdryer. The lockers were very useful on our last day as we still had the whole day in the city after check-out.

We liked the position/ location of the hostel away from the tourist centre. We liked the ferry boat which is free. We like the building a recycle of a mid century Shell oil company building.

The rooms were bit small. I requested for additional bed sheet which they said wasn't possible since it was late in the night.

The hostel is pretty nice and located near the Amsterdam central railway station. The facility was clean and nice. The common are was very nice for hanging out. The hostel has a bar as well. The staffs were very courteous and helpful.

The shower room is terrible, everything get wet and there isn’t enough space to let your clothes and other things.

Cleaning in the bedroom could be better and they could have provided a fan in the bedroom.

Fair for the price. The hostel has an excelent vibe, with young people, singles, couples, families and people of all ages. The building is pretty central in Amsterdam.

The rooms are not cleaned everyday, so the bathroom keep wet and dirty all the five days I stayed there

beds are comfortable, common spaces too. there’s a lot of activities to do, the personal is kind and have the best location, near the centraal station.
