I wish the 2 bedroom apartments had another bathroom. Just one bathroom is an inconvenience

Overall it was very good. We only had an issue with the AC that wasn’t cooling enough. The staff was responsive and tried to help. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice, modem and clean apartment. It’s not very spacious but organized very well. We were 5 people and pretty comfortable. Good location near the central train station and walking distance to the center and the attractions. Very nice and helpful staff.

Great location close to the old city and transport links. It is very elegant with a fabulous view of the waterfront. Well appointed with plenty of crockery and no problem getting extra dishwasher tabs as needed from the staff.

The apartment was spacious and airy with great views, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartments were clean, comfortable, welcoming, and had everything you could need. The apartments are within easy walking distance of everything. Keiran was so helpful, taking an interest in my problems, sorting my forward travel tickets, and my expected parcel. Nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

It was a little on the dark side with bedroom doors closed and closing the sliding bedroom doors meant cool air could not circulate at night. The Japanese style doors were cute though a bit delicate. Cleaning once in a week. I am not a fan of the ‘minimal cleaning’ trend in hotels around the world.

All the amenities in the room were good. I liked the kitchen and bathroom (we had shower which was good strength hot). Nice little dishwasher, combi oven and 2 ring electric hob. Washing machine/ dryer very useful. All modern. The location was really great for going anywhere by train or tram or walking. Even ferry close by. It was not a problem being near station, it was secure. Staff gave us extra teabags when needed. Supermarkets and pubs/restaurants nearby. Staff helped printing tickets for outing.

Excellent location and centrally located in the city centre. Short Walking diatance to Central Station and groceries shop. Best views of the apartment was facing the river.

Boooking .coms description of hotel with parking was totally false and I tried numerous times to get this looked at with both booking .com and owners with no joy which kind of spoilt any otherwise great stay with a 90 euro bill for parking.. I have proof of your description via screenshot which you haven’t addressed……apartments are lovely as are the staff .. but will be wary of descriptions from booking. Com in the future

very convenient and great to have self catering facilities. There is washer dryer and dishwasher and a good fridge. Very near a shop and the central station. There are a few restaurants nearby also. Easy access to town by tram or metro. Staff happy to help.

The location good because its only take 5-8 mins walking to central station. The hotel it aelf located on pretty quiet neighborhood so its good for sleeping. The front desk manager (Kieran) very welcome and helpful to us and he even upgrade my room to sea view! Thank u!

Excellent modern apartment with very good shower and ventilation . The dishwasher and washer/ dryer were very useful addition. Lovely toiletries. Cool motorized blackout blinds. Very comfortable stay for our family of 5. The staff were friendly and you could ask for more toiletries , bin liners etc if needed. Near Central station and the scenic canals. Albert Heinz was just behind us - opposite the sea palace restaurant. Good kitchen which had everything I needed to prepare simple meals for my family and for the teenagers to make their instant noodles at night ☺️.

The location was fantastic (super close to transit and walkable to lots of food and drinks) and very accommodating. Even when we had an issue in our apartment the friendly staff took care of it asap.
