2nd bedroom was a little crammed...could use some hooks to hang some belongings since there was not much storage.

The breeze that came through the balcony door to the ooen window in living room. Also enjoyed the balcony over looking the court yard. A definite plus was having the toilet and shower Iin two separate rooms. The host brought our luggage up the 3 sets of stairs and offered to come back and bring them down when we were to go home. Nice size living room and dining table. This apartment had ample space for 4 people.

The property was very dusty, which gave us all hayfever. Floors needed mopping. We also couldn’t access the wifi for the first 48 hours, which meant we had to use data for two days, which was very expensive. Annoying and would have been easily avoided if they had given us the password for both wifi’s initially. Also- for the price you pay for this apartment (over $250 a night), I’d hope to be given enough dish washing liquid for the entire stay. It’s such a cheap thing to cover, hosts only supply a 30ml bottle and expect guests to buy the rest- ridiculous.

The location of the property was great, very close to everything and quiet at night. The guy who let us in was also very polite.

I am really sorry to have to say anything negative at all about the accommodation, but I think other travellers should know: The bedroom next to the toilet has the windows directly facing the street (Nassaukade). We are not very sensitive, but could actually only sleep with ear protection. The street is also at night very busy and the windows are not of good quality. During our stay it rained often, so the car noise was even stronger. There is also a pump or instantaneous water heater in the wall between this bedroom and the toilet, which comes on very loudly when someone uses hot water. There is no proper wardrobe in this room. The other two bedrooms face the courtyard and are really very very quiet - so if you only need two of the three bedrooms, there are no problems. The bathrooms are in the basement and have no windows, so the humidity cannot escape very well. The stairs to the basement are relatively steep and not very usable for people with walking difficulties. The kitchen could be a little better equipped.

We were personally welcomed by Manousos at the accommodation, the delay of our train was no problem. Manousos gave us great tips both about the immediate neighbourhood (there are supermarkets close to the accommodation) and also tips for places in Amsterdam we could visit. The location of the accommodation is very good, you can walk to the centre in about half an hour, there are also several bus and tram stops nearby. The living room is sensationally large and has a great high ceiling and good atmosphere. From the living room there is direct access to a backyard with table and seating, which is exclusive to this apartment. In addition to the bathroom, there is a second shower and two toilets, one on the ground floor and one in the basement. WIFI was perfect.

the wifi was tough, but they were very understanding/ apologetic and offered a discount bc of it.

Location was great, apartment was clean and modern. It is up 4 flights of stairs, so remember this as there is no elevator. The person who handed over our keys helped with the luggage, but we had to do it on our own when leaving. Not a big deal (we lived in AMS already so we are quite used to is), just something to keep in mind.

We were without consistent Wi-Fi and the TV didn't work because of this. The instructions left for appliances were outdated; because the coffee maker and washing machine were different than those in the instruction booklet. The heat was a bit inconsistent but because we don't mind being a bit cold, we were okay. However, in really cold weather it would have been annoying and uncomfortable. But I would still recommend this apartment to anyone going to Amsterdam!

The location was great; a lovely location. the apartment was very nice. and Cedric met us with the keys and helped us with our luggage up two flights of very steep stairs!

The balcony requires attention. It could be a real gem but the cheap plastic chairs, damaged flooring and lack of any appeal made it uninviting. The large bed was horribly uncomfortable and the company should invest in a mattress with proper support. We practically needed physio after a week. someone should clean the wall behind the stove which was covered with grease splatters.

Maintenance in general could be improved. Low water pressure in the shower. Sink in the bathroom has super slow water drain, needs to be cleaned asap.

Great location next to one of the most beautiful part of Amsterdam. The apartment is very spacious. Comfy bed. Kitchen has everything needed for a long stay (except for a microwave).

Lovely large apartment for us and our adult son. Quiet part of town but plenty of local restaurants, takeaway and supermarkets. We walked everywhere so only 30min to Centraal. Staff were very helpful, particularly Niels. We had an issue that he resolved immediately. Would highly recommend.

the place is a bit run down. there are no places in the bathroom to put our toiletries on or to hang our wet towels. the place was a clean but the floors were not. the refrigerator was not cold and there were no paper towels or enough garbage bags. we had to go get that ourselves. no one called to check on us at all after the nice person who greeted us left. this is especially true for the $50/ day deposit. Lastly, the description of the place did not mention there was not a lift. my wife with her bad ankle and limited mobility had a hard time with the narrow and steep set of stairs. oh.. there is no clock in the apartment that has the correct time.

I like it’s close to a few tram stations and to grocery stores. Also easy for uber drivers to find us.

We had really good time at this property. I was little worried in the beginning, as it does not really had good reviews, but everything was great. The location, facilities, size. It’s very comfortable and has big terrace. Highly recommend!

the photos are different from the property: it's way better irl but still would be better to have them updated so people know what to expect. I didn't appreciate that the house wasn't really clean, especially the inside of the wardrobe. They don't provide a multipurpose cleaner. The blowdryer they provide has an American plug, not really usable without an adapter which I didn't have cause Im european 🤡

the fridge was filthy, I had to clean it before putting our own food into it. There was no tray to put onto the oven to cook. There was no toaster or bowls for cereal. The floor was dirty and was not cleaned since the previous tenants. I paid for what I thought was a penthouse apartment and it was not what I got.

We didn't really mind but those with mobility issues might be concerned about the 3 flights of really narrow stairs up to the apartment. Worth the climb for the lovely view from the apartment.

Apartment was spacious and light. We were met with a friendly and helpful welcome in the apartment upon our arrival. Really loved having a washing machine in the apartment.

The cleaning service that this company has should be fired instantly. We had glass with lipstick on it. The floor has never been washed or vacuumed. Carpet and sofa are full of stains. I moved sofa a bit and under it there is garbage, sticky stains etc. Windows are also dirty as hell. Under the beds there was dust and plastic bags but worst of all we found mould in washing machine!

The location is ok, walking distance to the center. The staff and the communication is perfect. Hospitality of the working staff is best possible.
