One man on reception when we arrived was so rude. But he mellowed as the days went on. It just wasn’t a very nice welcome. The room was tiny just to be aware but it was fine The noise all night outside. We did not sleep very well while there.

Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Very well located for us. A few more hooks and shelves in the bathroom would be nice. A squeegee in the bathroom would be nice. Staff was very professional, but not very friendly.

I don't think we were quite prepared for how loud it would be at night even with the windows closed. Our room was on a low floor and right at the front - I think we would have liked to be warned of this! The room was also two small for two adults, we both had mini injuries (banging feet in table sticking over bed for example!) so it took some time to get used to. The breakfast was very simple but varied enough.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful! The location was good and central so it was way to navigate the city. We could store our bags before our room was ready, which was great. And we got cheaper boat rides because we paid at the hotel!

The room was stuffy and a bit outdated. The day was warm and humid, but we couldn't get any fresh air inside our room, which was quite uncomfortable.

Room didn't have a window and was hot. Everything else was as expected.

Excellent location. City centre and a quick walk from central station. Range of places to eat and drink right outside. Check in was easy, and staff available all night. A decent range of continental options for breakfast. Steep stairs, but it's Amsterdam, and we knew that.

Although my private room was on the top 5th floor of the hotel, the noise from the partying people in street was audible until far after midnight (even with the window closed). The private bathroom was very small.

Central location and proximity to lots of sites of interest, very friendly staff, and comfortable room with a private bathroom. Nice view of the city from the hotel room.

Breakfast could of been full English etc. Lift was broken and we were on the 4th floor for luggage.

Staff were absolutely great especially harry who went above and beyond to make sure you had a great stay at this hotel. Really really enjoyed the stay here and would stay again 👏 Breakfast was continental which is fine however we did go out for a full English instead. This hotel is one of the best locations to have in Amsterdam in my opinion very close to centraal Station with excellent transport links everywhere.

This small budget hotel is in great location being only 10 minutes walk from the train station and close to the old town and canals from where you can get boat trips,there are many bars,restaurants and shops very close and there are 3 great very old Dutch bars only 2 minutes away,the hotel is small and basic but very clean and the staff were very friendly,the reception is open 24 hours and you get a very good continental breakfast with plenty of choice,my single room was small but clean and comfortable with a toilet and shower,the hotel was very good for the price I paid

It had an elevator which helped when on the top floor. It also was conveniently close to central station. It was clean and for the most part has a friendly staff. It also had breakfast.

When I came for the first time in my room there was a guy in the room who was supposed to work on the TV, the TV had nothing so I didn’t understand why he was there. The guy was maybe 16 years old and didn’t seemed to work he was just sitting on the bed and watching TV. When I told him I booked this room he immediately ran out of the room like nothing.
