I like the location the hotel is west of the City Center ot too far from it but not exactly into it just the way I like it.

The room was very spacious, as well as the balcony of the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Although it seems a little far from the centre, it is very close and it is very easy to reach many places by tramway. At the same time, the surroundings of the hotel are worth seeing.

Jacuzzi bath was just what I needed after a long day at the festival. Great breakfast assortment. All staff were pleasant and friendly. The Aircon was outstanding

We would recommend a room at the back as the bar next door is noisy until the early hours of Saturday and Sunday morning !

I would suggest to put a hook for the wet towel and a mirror outside of the bathroom as the light in the bath is dim, but I managed without it 🙂.

I liked mostly the staff (Katerin and Asia, thanks👍😊 great service!). Stayed in the single room which was big enough for my needs. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfest was also good and fresh. Tram station is a minute walk and about 5 stops from the central station. Ideal for all single, couples and small families.

Room walls were a little bit dirty; bathroom was very dark and cramped and there was no barrier to hold back shower water. Cleaning staff made a lot of noise in the morning in the hallways so no sleeping in. But overall still a nice stay.

Friendly staff. Breakfast is an option though we didn't partake. Quiet location off the main tourist area but still convenient to reach many areas. Bed is very stiff if you prefer that. TV has Netflix though you have to sign into your own account.

The mattress was way too hard for me, I didn't sleep very well on it and had a soar back after two nights. It would be great if they can improve this to make the stay more comfortable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Location was great, in a very nice and lively neighbourhood of Amsterdam that is not (yet) too touristy A nice add on: they rent out bikes that allow you to explore the city in the best way possible!

Staff was helpfull. Room was big enough for Amsterdam standards and also has balcony. Location is perfect, I buy 48 hours unlimited tram ticket from hotel but you can easly walk to City Center. I used tram only for return to hotel. Everything was perfect.

The bathroom was too dark and the bed was nit very comfortable.

Location was walking distance from most tourist activities and on a convenient tram line. There were many good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The client service was excellent!!l Breakfast was very good.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great, close to the tram which we used for transportation while there and the breakfast was good, they had a nice spread.

The room was very comfortable, perfect for a long day out in the city. 24 hour reception so no need to worry about what time you’re getting back. Friendly staff always happy greeting you onto the premises.
