The pool was not open due to maintenance. The restaurant in the hotel hasn’t got much variety and better eat somewhere else.

It is located in a quiet area and it is close to the airport 1 stop with a train and walking distance to the train station. There are cute restaurants if you’re willing to walk for 20-30 mins. Room really cosy, comfortable bed and pillows, clean and tidy, have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Bar open hours, to close at 11pm is very early. Not to get a drink even if the Bar still crowded is not customer friendly.

The pool was being refurbished and was NOT open despite booking it because it had a pool!

Pool was closed and we were not informed about beforehand. That was one of the main things we picked it. They tried to compensate it with sauna but cmon….:) recuperations systems must be cleaned because it seemed that they have some kind of ecosystem. Fridge was not cooling

They had sauna. Bed was big and nice. It was shower and the bathtub. Funky design.

Location - Takes 45 mins on foot, 40 mins on public transport (including walk to/from station to hotel) or 15 mins by bike to city centre/tourist areas. We hired bikes from hotel which was perfect but on arrival & departure days, couldn’t do this due to luggage. It’s also weather dependent & had two wet days (in May) out of 4. Cycling not for faint hearted with multiple cycle lanes, mopeds & cars all to navigate. If going to Amsterdam again, I would choose a city centre location.

Modern, clean, rooms a decent size, shower/bath room and toilet separate, quiet, everything worked! Paid for breakfast on final day & was lovely.

There were constructions along the pathway from the train station to the hotel. Was a bit hard to get to the hotel with lots of luggage.

The room was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet even the hotel was facing a busy street.

Had to pay 100Euro deposit at arrival wich still appears on my Absa bank statement as Uncleared. Please do steps to ensure the refund and thus remove the uncleared entry om my bank account.

We had to check-in twice, we arrived early and check-in and left our bags at the hotel and went grab lunch, when we came back after 3 pm we thought they would just give us the keys but they had to redo the check-in process again that needed 3 différents personé

The location was great since it is not to far from the center and they have 2 parks nearby and nice neighborhoods. Wellness area is great too, unfortunately pool was close when we were there but we enjoy the sauna

The shower area was quite slippery. We had to lay down a towel to prevent slipping. Also I would suggest a sink in the toilet because after using the bathroom you have to open the door to exit toilet then open the door to shower room to wash your hands . 👎 for sanitary purposes that was below satisfactory. Otherwise, our stay was quite pleasant. Short walk to the tram 👍👍👍

Breakfast was great, we loved it . The bread selection was awesome . Even had milk alternatives 👍👍

Mattress topper comes off easily.

Great location for public transport into city. Restaurants etc nearby. Room comfortable but mattress topper slips of bed easily. Very good breakfast. Bar and restaurant Very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room can use some minor updates like USB ports. It shows signs of wear and tear.

Front desk was always helpful and professional. The room was comfortable. It was always quiet. Breakfast was great. The location was close to public transit and a nice park.

We went as a group of 4 friends, 2 rooms. The bathroom door is glass and you can see right through. There is no privacy for showering. It's a good job my friend an I have known each other a long time !

Hotel is modern, rooms are clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Easy to travel by tram to the centre.⁹

The light controls are all mixed up. There were no small facecloths. Too much glass (no privacy) in the bathroom. We requested no room clean for the 1 night we were there. Yet it was obviously done anyway!

staff was friendly but knowledge about transportation was uneven.

great location. nice facility but entering with suitcases was awkward. heat in room was hard to control. couldn’t leave window open because of noise of people outside up to 3:00am!

It was inconvenient that the pool was closed during our stay but understandably so for maintenance. We visited the hotel restaurant on 5/3/2024 and were not as impressed. My fiancee's steak meal took over half an hour as there was miscommunication between the chef and wait staff as to the delivery of the plate to the correct guest which made her more "hangry". Additionally, no one checked on her since they seated and took her order. The meals were also small and expensive with the Picanha steak costing 29,50 euros. The air-conditioner in the room was very lackluster despite maxing the setting. We wound up opening up the window as it was cooler outside and I made a call to the front desk for it to be investigated but upon returning to the room, there seem to be no improvement. We also thought it was weird and inconvenient to not have the toilet in the same room as the sink, but we are tourists and perhaps that is an integral design of Amsterdam hotels.

We liked the location of the hotel as it was near a park and still close-by to the Schipol airport. It was also within 5 minutes of the tram system. The rooms and corridors were clean and nicely designed. The bed was comfortable, the tv was a good size, and the bathroom was very nice with consistent hot water. The tub was big, making it possible to enjoy some R&R when needed after a long travel throughout the city. The front desk was very courteous and friendly, making our stay even more comfortable. We loved the decor and the fashion vibe they had going on with art and mannequins.
