The place is quite small, but expected for a room on a boat. Also the location is a 10 mins walk from amsterdam central and a 20 mins walk from dam square. In the winter this could be challenging as the bus schedule in amsterdam is a bit messy (at least to the boat's location). But overall no problem at all i loved the place, i would recommend it to any tourist:)

I loved how friendly hank(the host) was. He was always very responsive and helpful. Everything we needed was available, very cute and cozy place inside. I loved the views around the boat, i enjoyed very much my night walks back to it. Very safe neighborhood.

Authentic and cool interior with everything you could need. Hank was always super helpful, communicative and gave us some great recommendations for our stay! Great location, close to a nice area with cafes/ bars but also super close to all the main attractions via the trams. Would stay again when we return to Amsterdam!

Very small and not easy getting in and out of the bed for older folk who need to go to bathroom often. Would have liked couple of glasses and freezer compartment in fridge.

Nothing, everything was perfect

Amazing experience, I never thought staying on a boat would be so cozy and comfortable but it was and way more! We read some great things about the hosts, Hank & Onnu, and they really are all that. We were worried it was going to get hot during summer with no air con, but it was actually really chilly at night and great to snuggle in the blankets. Overall will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future

Sleeping on a boat was a unique experience for us. Our hosts were wonderful; they provided us with excellent guidance on dining, entertainment, sightseeing, etc. And they were good people, too.  the whole experience was really charming and different than anything we’ve ever experienced.  The location is really very hard to beat. The accommodations were snug but very comfortable. Great bathroom, but small, as you’d expect.

beautiful old boat. staying in a piece of history. a bit different than staying in a hotel. it is in a great location being so close to the station and the main areas of the city, yet it is quiet and not busy.

Such a great location, just a short walk along the canals to central but in a nice, quiet area. The boat was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. It was so charming, very sweet, comfortable and cosy. The hosts, Hank and Unno, couldn’t have been any more welcoming. I would recommend this boat to anyone coming to Amsterdam and we’ll definitely be back to stay again 😊

The location is very convenient, it is close to the central station and the centre of Amsterdam, but at the same time the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The boat is really cozy and full of authentical details.

the sleeping area a little cramped only because my husband is a terrible snorer & his snores vibrated around & there was no escape ha ha ha 😳♥️

it was beautifully cosy & thoroughly enjoyable. beautifully decorated & especially liked all the beautiful pictures & original features. it was January when we were there so cold but cabin perfectly heated. would love to stay there in springtime as could use the delightful deck area. Hank is an amazing host & so knowledgeable a gorgeous man.

a little too far from the centraal station about 20 min walk along the water front

this accomodation is really unique.small but functional.don't think i would recommand the facility for handicapped people. Hank was a gracious host who like to help his guests with all kind of useful information and even drove us to the railway station when it was raining on our last day.

Very nice hosts. Very good and convenient location. A pleasant and perfect first experience on a houseboat! The room is small, calm and cosy and it was well-adapted to our stay in Amsterdam for a few days.

This is a super cute and cozy ship. Yes, the room is small but that's not a problem. Ideal for a romantic weekend. Special thanks to the owner of the ship Hank. He's just a wonderful conversationalist. He made our holiday by organizing a birthday party and boat trip around Amsterdam. I advise everyone to have this experience to live on a ship. It's very, very romantic.
