Many places, stuff and things were not clean. I found some trash over the closet when I arrived.

No English speaking employees, but that's the case basically anywhere in Peru. Quite a noisy environment in the evening as well, but that wouldn't be better elsewhere in Huacachina.

Great location, friendly staff, and the buggy tour organised by the hotel was way cheaper than the other ones we could find. Overall great experience!

There were some accident during our stay and we had no water for +- 1 hour, but we understand that this is something you can’t really affect. Also, maybe something we missed, but there was no hot water.

Amazing location right next to the sand dunes of Huacachina, tiny room but with everything we needed. Very helpful personal who helped us organize trip to Canyon de los Perdidos (which was amazing experience)

No hot water, tap was even taken off. Just felt a bit old and grubby. People were smoking on the corridor outside my room - not happy.

Hostel looked nothing like its website. It was tired and in need of a coat of paint. Very overpriced for what it was. Pool was dirty.

We selected the place because it had a pool. Unfortunately the pool was to dirty to get in. It was like that for our entire stay.

Super clean room, very hot water in the showers, decent breakfast, great location. Very basic but clean and good value.

The room is cheap so dont expect much, you'll get a bed, TV (which we didnt use) and a shower/toilet and thats it, There was no wardrobe. The room is dated and could be a little more comfortable but if you just need somewhere for the night its fine.

The staff were pleasant and the location was right where you want to be. Youre just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and the local bars/entertainment/excursions.

Wish the staff could speak English. There were no hangers or a side table to leave your staff. The bar of the property was closed during our stay.

The room did not look fantastic; light bulb without lampshade; no nice decoration. The bed sheets were kinda old so that the matress cover comes off at night when you sleep and move

The staff was not responsive to our messages. We could only reach them through a bus company. Rooms are alright and reasonably clean, but the bed bed linen was not spick and span. The breakfast was less than mediocre. The pool looks great in the picture, but is dirty in reality. All rooms are located at the back of the building, watching out over concrete rather than the oasis or the dunes. The ventilator was so loud you can't leave it on and hope to sleep.
