Some of the finishes especially around the bath were poor and the mattress had seen better days but none of this was a real problem. It's a decent budget option for a night or 2.

Even though I reserved a superior room we got a normal double room and the mattress was definitely less comfortable than the one we had during our previous stay.

The room's thermostat does nothing as far as I can tell so I was glad that it was a relatively cool night to cool down my room. The mattress is truly horrible. You can feel every spring and I used the duvet folded over several times to provide a bit of cushioning. Coffee was a packet of instant powder. No restaurant for evening dining and not near anything to be able to go out and get anything to eat.

The staff were fantastic! Very pleasant and very helpful. Easy check in and easy check out and arranged my shuttle to the airport. If you need a no frills place to stay before a trip to the airport, this will do. Nice, clean room and bathroom.

For near 50£ per night in this location and a simple room didn't worth it. The bed was hard. Some shops appear next to the hotel, but to access them have to walk over a bridge and road and back like 20mins .

Nothing to complain given the price. I would suggest the place is more of a 2-star facility rather than 3 (very basic, older / cheaper furniture, etc), but again - the price was fair. Would not recommend this for longer stays but for a quick overnight break in transit, close to OTP - it was great.

Clean and good value for money considering they also offer a free airport shuttle.

I received a very dark room, with window facing directly into a closed wall. I am claustrophobic and I did not like this. I did not complain either because I was there for a very short stay.

Nothing about the hotel but our whole experience of Romania ruined because taxi drivers (absolute dishonest immorals) from Airport were refusing to take us with our luggage. They were intending to charging us 10x-15x the normal price for a taxi fare for a 10-12 mins drive to the Hotel. Refusing to charge us by the taxi meter price. The airport staff were not helpful either!!

Clean rooms, water bottle provided, tea making facilities, clean rooms, 24/7 reception service-able to check in late at night, close to airport- thankfully a shuttle/van provided from Hotel to airport (only) to drop us off.

Pillows too flat, shower not fitted properly and would be better with a rail, space between the mirror and end of the bath, no mosquito net at window, the reception on the telly was poor, nowhere to hang the bath towels in the bathroom, taste of coffee could improve, no milk for coffee on arrival, the duvet sheet was inside out and too small.
