The shower cabin sync should be improved also adding a mop to wipe the floor would be nice The staff could be more engaged with the customers, for example the staff recommended me to let the luggage at the hotel and come back later when the check in could be done , i expect from them to at least place my luggage in a safer zone and not let them in the middle of the hallway

Some units in the bathroom need to be replaced. There are traces of limescale. The toilet bowl was clean, but it had traces of limescale and dirt. The shower cord is from plastic and doesn't look too good. The sink is tilted and water is leaking on the ground. In our room, at least.

The accomodation is fine. It's a quiet area. The room and the bathroom were clean. The staff is friendly. It's a 20-minute walk to the historical centre (Ovidiu square). The walk is on one of the main boulevards, so it is safe.

The room was small and it was not cleaned at all during our stay. The breakfast option was quite poor.

I liked the concept of the hotel and the surrounding facilities - shop, library, pharmacy etc. The view and the terrace were fine as well.

The smell in the building. The elevator was at the back of the restaurant and there was this very strong smell coming from the food, the trash...I don't know what it was but it was not pleasant. The size of the beds, the size of the bathroom, the size of the shower (very very very small and cramped). The door to the bathroom was like opening outside...which was very weird and was like blocking everything by the entrance. Tried to take lunch at the restaurant and the food was decent. Not a lot of options though. The overall feeling was like the whole complex would have been better with fewer rooms but more space but instead they try to have all these services stuffed into a small building.

It was close the beach. Apartment was pretty clean.

Not clean. Dirty wall, under the sheets, verry dirty cover matress, with dust and human hair. All night can hear a permanent noise from some , air conditioner, from outside. Room for 3 persons, only one small window..

The owner was not very nice. He tried to make us pay more than the booking price. Overall we didn't like the stuff.

Nice location, the room was ok, small, quite clean but not great. The food was good but again the stuff was not very welcoming. The only nice people there were the night guards.

The room smelled really bad, i think it's because of the old carpets, i booked for one night then at the reception before seeing the room i booked for 2 nights and paid it since that person told me that it was good and they get booked fast. He was a very friendly and professional. After i entered i was overwhelmed whit the smell, so i opened the window and hoped it would get better and the smell did go away a little. It was too late and didn't want to make fuss about it so i stayed. The next day i wanted to cancel the next night but i had to wait an hour before someone came who spoke English. This time a different person came. He was the most rude and unprofessional person i have ever met. He first didn't want to return my money then he asked for my bank account number to transfer it because he just refused to give cash. I accepted and wrote it down. And aksed him to do it now because maybe he may need more information, he said no i will do it later Later that day he messaged me trew booking.com that he couldn't transfer the money because the account number was not correct. Which was nat true, but still i called en messaged again my account number. So late in the afternoon he tells me if i want my money back i have come back and take the cash. So i went all the way back, and my whole day was ruined. And when i arrived i asked for a full refund because he wasted so much of my time and i really didn't get much sleep in that smelly room. So he refused to do so, he only returned the canceled booking in a demeaning manner and started insulting and threatening to call the police and then he did. So i waited a little for the police but no one came. If you like smelly antique carpets, and by chance meet the same rude person. Then this place is the perfect place.

first we went in the staff was surprised that we wer 3 persons and not 2 and said that they booked us a twin-room and they don't have a room for three. they admitted that there is a problem in there system when the booking goes through booking.com. ( so double check if you book and contact them) imagine you are in holiday. traveling 4 hours from bucharest to constanta ( the train had a delay) then you get such a reception! then we got a tiny room with 4 beds. at the evening we noticed that the shower was full and couldn't get a shower. we stayed only 1 night fortunately but after we came back in bucharest we saw that we had 4 missed calls. we called back it was the Inn. they tolled us that they still wait for our payment!!! after we said that we already paid via booking.com and per credit card they apologized!!! No way!!! worst management ever! sorry to say that but we wer really very disappointed
