4 rooms on 2 different floors smelled of sewage

Staff was friendly and changed our room eventually giving us one in a different building, the Nevada Aparthotel in the back of the Nevada Hotel

The bathroom is a bit small for a 4-star hotel, with limited toiletries available. Also, the light on the balcony cannot be turned off from the room and remains lit all night, so the curtains must be closed at night.

Very nice, polite and helpful staff, everything is clean. The hotel is close to the new university campus and a supermarket. There are good connections to public transportation if you want to get to the city center.

The cleaning service was between 14 and 16 o'clock - nap time. They just changed the trash bags and didn't vacuum. The big shower head was blocked. The price did not depend on the number of people in the room.

When I needed something the receptionist made sure I got it.

If you always want to eat absolutely cold mesh eggs for breakfast, this is your chance. If you want the second cup of coffee, you will pay 11 RON. The staff is quite sour, you will be calmer after you leave.

"The best part" is the price for the room for this time of the year, I mean summer time. Another good one is the free parking in the front of the hotel, even if there is no asphalt and is full of dust. The room is clean.

The shower cabin was a little bit old, it was a little noisy in the middle of the night because of the traffic from the cars outside.

The hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars. The shower has black mold stains, in the room is dust and the carpet looks dirty. The bathroom didn't have enough supplies. The staff didn't impressed me, it looked bored. For 2/3 stars would have been expected.

In one evening there was a private party at the restaurant and kinda noisy. But staff warned us.

Basic but good breakfast. Location near the Mamaia Region. 2 Markets nearby if needed. Room was clean, staff managed to do the check-in 3 hours before.

The lack of shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom. a 10ml bag was provided for each tourist, which was not enough for a single shower, let alone for a long hair. We had reservation for Saturday night, as we were passing by in Constanta, so as we arrived, there was a wedding going on. The wedding was held in ground floor, we received our room on the 4th floor, so we thought it will be fine. But the music was very loud, especially the bass which was coming through the structure of the building, so we weren’t able to sleep until 3:15 am in the morning because of that. For me this is poor management and lack of respect for the tourists you have in your location, as they come there to sleep also, either you forbid noisy events like that during nights, or you impose regulations as how loud the music should be during the night .

Hotel room was nice, the personnel was helpful and nice, they helped us with the parking as the one in front was full, we were allowed to park in the back in the private parking

The room was nice and tidy as expected ,the only thing we would suggest in our point of view (witch might be right or /wrong) is that the room/s that we stayed in would look lovely with some new furniture,as it gave us the vibes that we arrived in some old granny’s place until we got used to it ,after that it was grand ,j .

They don’t give you two access cards for the room, just one. They can definitely improve the toiletries from the bathroom. Also, there is a constant noise in the bathroom and it’s quite disturbing.

It would have been nice to select a room with balcony but this was not a major issue. One small challenge, the drain in the shower was a little clogged.

It was very easy to find the hotel (by car) and an important criteria, sufficient parking places. Regarding the facilities, cannot complain at all, the room was clean, I appreciated the quality of the room facilities and the silence. If you prefer to be close to city facilities this is a good place to stay.

Modern rooms, good wifi, functional air con, excellent breakfast and fair priced restaurant, front parking. I also liked that you have a power outlet next to each side of the bed.

Poor amenities in bathroom. Quite cheap shower gel. That type that you cannot open if you have your fingers already wet and old fatihfull round soap. Deep cleaning in the room would be great. Found generous amount of dust around TV shelf and bedside/night table. Few light bulbs not working. Water pressure poor.but..the shower can be used even like that.

The hotel was recently renovated. I have stayed here 2 years ago and it was just acceptable. This time was surprisingly well. Well equipped room, furnished up to date. Functional aircon. Impeccable bedsheets. Overall quite a surprising impression.
