We didn't like the thing they don't have jjacuzzi ,with this big space they can easily put one. At the pool you can see everything from the walls and on the floors and at the pool is old and need a refurbishment. We have booked 2 nights saturday to monday and the workers from the outside they made some noises which is not so nice,they work for the hotel,they do something new outside of the hotel but in weekend maybe would be nice to tale a breake or start later 😀

We like the view from the window,we have a double room with view booked. The view was the best. The pool was big and we loved the spa and the massage which we had in couple was perfect.and not expensive.. The food was good. We eat only breakfast .

Not everyone from the staff could speak good English. Room doesn’t have coffee/tea facilities, which you would expect from a 4*. A bit old fashioned (decoration)

The spa is really nice. Big indoor swimming pool, nice saunas. I just missed some hydro massage. Breakfast is very complete. Free Shuttle to the ski lift. Free parking. Ski rental inside of the hotel (when I went, no snowboard was available) with good price. Bathtub in the bathroom. Amazing view from the slopes !

Staff not enforcing rules at spa - it's 2nd time when I meet people screaming and live streaming from the pool while swimming in gym clothing. though I asked staff to do something they ignored it untill everyone around left the pool

It was very disappointing that the jacuzzi didn't work. After skiing it is very important. I realized that it has not been operating for over two years and it should have been updated on the website

The rooms were spacious and the balcony was really nice. The hotel is clean. Very good breakfast. The spa complex is good. The shuttle service to and from the ski resort must be specified. The driver is charming and you usually don't wait more than 5 minutes for pickup. Three minutes drive to the ski lift.

Room could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

We liked our stay at Hotel Piatra Mare. The hotel is about 30 mins walk from the gondola lifts but they offer free shuttle for guests which is very useful. The driver, Attila is a nice and helpful man. After a long day on the slopes you can enjoy the wet or dry sauna, salt cabin and the pool as well. We were very happy with the breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant which was included in the price.

I like everything, perhaps just a small update to the rooms.

I like that it's a spacious hotel with all the amenities in the spa area to relax and recover after a day of skiing. Compared to last year, the staff, especially at the reception, has been much friendlier. I also found out they have a bus that takes us to the ski slope whenever we want. Within a specific time frame. Compared to last year, the food is better, including the prices.
