I arrived at the breakfast 10 minutes before 11 a.m., which is the time of breakfast closer, and the restaurant manager advised that I couldn't eat there anymore and that I needed to take it to my room, which isn't a problem, but I was expecting a 4 star hotel to offer to help me carry the breakfast up for me and my partner. He also had a rude attitude and vocabulary.

The location is amazing, as is the entire hotel, spacious rooms with plenty of amenities, and a fair welcome pack.

In the spa, the water in two jacuzzis were just lukewarm. The pillows were small and not very comfortable.

The staff excellent, especially the lady at the SPA, who asked me ... TO MY GREAT SURPRISE if I want a drink from the bar, so she can fetch it. She did, Thank you. Very nice touch. Great location, clean, great price. I recommend.

Nothing! Everything did as described and more so! The mist through the mountains did provide some challenging driving though. Add 25% to any timings given for driving directions!

It was our pleasure to stay here. The location is perfect, we'll worth the extra €10-€15 compared to other hotels. Located right in the heart of the Main Square, and with parking at a premium, the private parking at the rear was ideal. The staff were amazing, and whilst not multi, multi lingual, their Romanian, Russian, English, Hungarian, German and a mix of others were very helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the ones with views over the square (ours was), made it even more pleasurable. The spa facilities were well welcomed after a few days walking round the other Transylvanian towns and cities, and the restaurant was more than adequate! It was also a birthday, and the staff surprised us with a wee something, which was a lovely touch. Everything was spotless, facilities in and around perfect, and all in all, would certainly recommend, which we don't often do! If you chose to stay, I hope your stay is as pleasurable as ours was. 10/10

Although is not the hotel's fault, the fact that you can't get by car to the hotel in weekend is really bad. The City hall organizes apparently often in weekends events and the center of the city, including the area around hotel itself, is closed to traffic. Reception staff just raised there shoulders and said "sorry". Further more, the only restaurant in the hotel might hold events like weddings, therefore there is not open to the clients from the hotel, no bar either. Fair enough there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance but just to be aware.

Excellent location, big sized room, very clean, very comfortable bed, powerful shower, everything you'd expect from a Plaza hotel. Breakfast was excellent as well.

The shampoo dispenser was on the wall opposite to the shower recess not inside the shower recess 😂

Fabulous location, new, modern and clean. One tall young lady from Reception went well beyond the call of duty to help me get a taxi from the train station where I was stranded at 10 pm in heavy rain and no Romanian currency. Exceptional commitment and empathy.
