A very old building but beautiful. Nicely located in old town centre brought a lot of memories back. The staff were very accommodating with request of odd hours arrivals and check out. It was a very plesant stay

The facility was quite old and the plumbing was not that optimal. But for one night it was perfectly ok.

the hotel has 2 parking places BUT they are NOT on the same ground as the hotel. They are very close by the hotel BUT it is on public street with only the sign that parking only for hotel guest. It was a dark place with many persons walking via the parking place to somewhere.

at first nothing. after seeing the room and space my mood changed. there was a lot of noise with Gypsies and children but everything settled down at 22:15. you feel it is not safe but that is incorrect. it is fine. nice people and helpful they even proposed to but my motorbike inside the lobby. I kindly refused as it is a big bike and a bit complicated to get inside. you can park safely next to the hotel

The smell coming from the toilet .

The breakfast was tasty , i had an omelette with tomatoes, the staff was nice and available, the room was huge and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean , but there was a specific smell inside the toilet . The coffee was nice too, the lady that served me was smiling a lot and that made my day . Thanks Hotel Rares !

Since hotel is in pedestrian zone, we needed to ask hotel staff how to get to hotel's parking. So, I would advise to park somewhere near and go to ask for directions.

Extremely spacious room. Same goes for bathroom. It has both shower and bathtub. Hotel is situated in the old center near shopping mall and near the new center.

No heater, no hot water, on booking.com is 4 stars ,on the window of the hotel iare 2 stars., We booked 2 twins, when we get at the hotel ,we got double bed......

Smelly, dirty place. Bathroom was horrible, towels had holes. We didn't even checked the breakfast as we were disgusted by the smell and dirty look of the place. Noises all night made it impossible to sleep. No card payment accepted and no trust to the guests. We were asked to pay at check-in (it was late night) when normally you can pay at check-out in all hotels I ever stayed at. As the zone was full of drinking,loud and not friendly looking people we didn't want to go to search for ATM. "Mercifully" we were told that we can get the key to the room if we leave the passport as pledge to be returned in the morning when we get cash. We were afraid of leaving the car at the street (hotel doesn't have private parking) due to loud, drinking groups of people and bottles every where but luckily nothing bad happened.

The hotel is located in a very bad area of the town, if you are planning to take a walk when the night is falling I advice you to think twice. You can hear other persons from others rooms, even they are not speaking louder you will be able to hear them easily. The cleaning is made in a rush, I've found a lot of hair in the bathroom and this is unacceptable.

The staff was very kind and very friendly. The breakfast is decent and is assuring you a good portion of calories to kick start your day
