wonderful attic apartment in the Zemun area. 5 min walk to the Danube River. everything necessary for life is there. There are two elevators in the house. store nearby. Nice hostess! The hostess made “belyi karton”. she is always in touch, ready to help. I enjoyed spending 5 days there.

It was clean, comfortable and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. 10/10. The neighbourhood is safe, pretty, with beautiful parks around and it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center by bus. It couldn’t be better.

There is no microwave. It wasn't a big problem for us, but sometimes we were so lazy to use pan to warm our food. Maybe it'll be good idea to add it :-) There is a washing machine, but it's under extra charge (2 euro/day).

The host was very friendly, she met us in spite the fact our flight was delayed and we arrived at around 2 am. The apart was very cosy and clean, kitchen was fully equipped. There was TV (but we never watch TV during our trips, so I can't tell about the quality). Wifi was super fast. The location was good (Zemun district). Within walking distance you can find several supermarkets, street food restaurants, bakery, etc. As for landmarks, if you walk 20-25 mins you can see one of the significant places of the city - Gardosh tower. There is a very cool view point. To the city center it's around 15 mins by bus (bus stop is nearby). The apt is on the 6th floor, but there is a lift, so it's not a problem. And the view was pretty nice!

The apartment was really nice and comfortable! I suggest it to everyone! Also is very clean and it has all the basic stuff you may need. It's located in a very nice and quite area of Belgrade, not far away from the centre.

Everything! ❤️ It’s located near the center of the city, supermarket is just few steps away, it’s easy to find, the apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host Ivana is very friendly. We will come again for sure 🙂

I liked everything! All was rather well. The price is amazingly witnin my budget, and the place has just about anything that I need while on my vacation in Belgrade. The host were terrific, kind and very helpful.

The location is terrific! The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the building and provides a wonderful panorama view of old town houses in Zemun. And the Zemun promenade along the banks of Denube , Zemun green market, the Town Hall, and the 17th century baroque Church of St. Nicholas are just a few minutes away.

I'd recommend the hosts to add a cooking pan and renew the cutlary (e.g. knives are not sharp). This should improve the experience for those staying for a longer time.

Apartment was spacious. Hosts were nice and welcoming. Neighborhood is quiet, close to the bus stop and near the river. There is a shop outside the building. Internet was good.

- We agreed with the host at the moment of booking to do the check-out at 13:00. Then, cause suddenly some 'guest' appeared, who have for some reason priority (although check-in is at 14:00), they decide to check me out by 11:00. I told to the concierge that it wasn't possible due to a tight schedule i have with work, but nevertheless the following day the cleaner came at 11:00. - The host was trying all the time to inflate the price of the stay. Despite my explanation that i am exempt from the city tax, she kept adding it onto the bill. The bill she presented at first exceeded the original one by about 11 Eur. It was already written in the reviews that they often take money and keep the change so this is nothing new or unusual. - It is completely incomprehensible how they want to charge 5 Eur. extra for the washing machine. The washing machine is precisely one of the reasons we rent flats instead of hotels. If i rent a flat, i rent EVERYTHING inside the flat. I won't pay extra for air-conditioning, TV, light etc. All related costs should be in the final price. I don't know if it's just being cheap, greedy or stupid but it should be abolished. What if i realize at 3AM i need something to be washed for the morning? I have to go down and wake them up so they 'unlock' the washing machine? C'mon, stop the stupidity. - Horrible smell in the corridors - Extreme lack of (free) electric plugs and extension cords (partially solved) - The floor wasn't clean when i arrived so i had to sweep it myself - There were worms periodically coming off walls (not a major problem for me but might be a big one for the light-hearted) - Broken ceiling in the corridor - Extremely small water heater - Shower curtain never washed - Owners can come and knock unannounced - Constant works down above and bellow While the apartment itself is nice, the rating first and foremost reflects the host's behavior which is the key to any experience.

Very nice, cosy and romantic flat in the rooftop of a high-rise. Extremely comfortable bed. Overall well designed. Beautiful decoration.
