The courtyard is in bad condition. So view from the windows of the rooms to the courtyard is horrible. We didn’t open the curtains. Everything else is fine. Purely in room. Friendly staff.

This is my third stay at Park Inn by Radisson Pulkovskaya Hotel. Very prompt services. Clean hotel and good breakfast. Free shuttle from airport to hotel and hotel to airport.

bus shuttle schedule is too sparse; breakfast is SO inhospitable even for pescatarians (let alone vegetarians and vegans). never had a chance for a proper breakfast; room was really far from elevators; no air conditioning (but I guess it’s normal for St.Petersburg?);

close to the airport; great staff; big and nice venue; price is acceptable; checked in almost 2 hours earlier; late checkout was available for add charge; daily room service.

The hotel is located next to the bus stop to/from the airport. So it was a main point to stay there. It was relatively cheap. Clean. Had everything it meant to have. So nothing to complain about.

Everything was nice and clean, but it is visible that the property is quite old and some renovations could be done. The communication with the hotel prior to our arrival could be better - after making a booking I received an automatic message that my questions would be answered in 24 hours, but it took mucha longer and I had to call myself.

Good old soviet hotel. Simple, clean, friendly and helpful staff - we couldn’t wish more for our overnight stay during a long journey. A complimentary extra bed for our son was much appreciated. The breakfast was very simple, but the food was fresh and constantly refilled.

Check-in waiting was very long in the lobby because of queues. This I believe partly due to Russian bureaucratic rules. However good thing is that you don't need to fill forms yourself, this is done by reception staff and printed out for signature.

Quite a normal hotel, nothing special about it. But still Radisson is Radisson. Rooms are tidy and well equipped. Breakfast we did not book due to our schedule, but ordered 1 morning breakfast to room and that was very good. Tasty and plenty of food.

There’s no concierge services to help with your luggage, had to struggle with baby stroller and luggages , also the food options in the restaurant are rather limited.

A very long walk to the gym facility and very difficult to find!

Nice clean room, overall the place is starting to get tired. It's a very large facility mainly catering for large conferences. In-house restaurants are good.

We were traveling through St Petersburg towards Moscow, stayed at the hotel for only one night in suite apartment. Accommodation was great, wonderful location with the following drive out to M11 motorway.

the A/C system was not ruled from the room (it was general one for all rooms). It was quite uncomfortable climate - very hot in the room while stay. Need to mention, that ooutside temperature was abnormal hot about +33 C

I liked tea facility, good beds and cleaness in the room. Free water was available from cooler in the common area. And I was leaving @4am to the airport and road took me 15 minutes by taxi

My first room was filled with tobacco smoke, changing the room at 3 am it's not smth you want to do, good thing I got new room quickly, but had to go back to reception again In second room I took a blanket from bed and there was a huge black hair on the "fresh" sheet , in the morning I saw some hairs near the kettle zone, it was disgusting, but actually when you are tired it doesn't matter.. but it's not smth you expect from a 4 star hotel =) In the morning I tried to take the shower but the bath system almost broken, so it has weak stream and it was impossible to wash my hair) And actually all the interior of the room was old and/or almost broken. Breakfast was mean, and it was only one place where staff was unfriendly ( I was really disappointed with experience because I really like another Park inn Pribaltiyskaya

Terrible, dirty, thin walls, you could hear intercourses of other people throw the walls entire night, seems like the hotel is used for bang*ng, forget the sleep if you are staying there, there will be noise. The room was dusty, and too old, needs renovation immediately, walking till your room from elevators is good 10 mins, dirty smelly hallways. Breakfast was not included in my stay, so I told the reception I may use it in the morning, and may potentially pay extra. Without asking me they charged me extra, even though I didn’t wake up for breakfast and told them I don’t need it. They won’t return me the money, and the stuff pretended they don’t know how it was charged and that once charged they can’t return money back. Won’t stay in this location again. There are waaaaaaay better boutique hotels at way better location and at a waaaay better price

Hotel must be renovated, old furniture, not so clean. Clothes cleaning service I not recommend at all: too long (even promised one day, it was taken 3 days) and get back dirty. Very very disaster old towels. The standard room is unacceptable. I would give 2 star only, so I have upgraded to comfort and it was better but no perfect. Rooms are coming to the squire are too noisy.

Good location, connection to the metro and big free parking, fast taxi delivery, good connection to the airport, good breakfast (but same every day and I was living 5 days), possibility to book meeting room, quite OK restaurant. Quite friendly young people staff, and they are trying to help as much as they can.
