No real temperature control in the room, which was small but not uncomfortable. Worst part of the room was the shower - very difficult to not get water everywhere so we had to use towels to mop it up, and then had wet towels laying around the bathroom til the next day. Would have been really nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Overall I thought the price was a little high for the quality - may have been hiked up for the event in town that weekend.

The breakfast was FANTASTIC. One of the best I've ever had at any hotel. Beds were super comfy and staff was very nice. The main lobby area is very nice. Excellent location in Stockholm. Italian restaurant next door makes great cocktails.

Since the only window was into courtyard we could not get fresh air and was noisy . Thank goodness for the fan or it would have been an issue

I loved the location and the looks of the hotel. The atmosphere and aesthetic was amazing and the hotel felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and everything was clean. Also the workers were very nice!

Heating in our room didn`t work, but it was Easter time, so it wasn't that cold outside.

Wide choice for breakfast. Great position. The hotel's glass-covered courtyard where breakfast is serving, which also can be used in the afternoon and evening for tea etc.

Can be a bit noisey for people who want to sleep in since the hotel is located in a shopping street. Although we did not mind this. Also, the curtains are not fully dark, therefore you might wake up a bit earlier

The hotel is located perfectly, near a metro (tunnelbaan) the central train station and in a shopping street. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The personnel is very friendly and helpful, we even got a complimentary room upgrade! The hotel breakfast had a lot of variety, from fruits and cereal to Swedish meatballs and local fish. We went to the ABBA and Vasa museum, both are highly recommended. A trip to nearby island Fjäderholmen is also recommended, be aware: only from May 4th until September!

It was slightly cold in the rooms, and the solution was an electric heater. The windows were the main reason for the cold entering the room. We had a room looking towards the street (i.e., outwards). It was no trouble though, the heater warmed the room up quick and through the night the slightly chilly temperature was very much alright!

The hotel is in a very nice location super close to the center. Very nice building with tastefully built rooms. Breakfast was exceptional! As per our request for the last morning we received an equally amazing package, given that we departed early. Even though standard, it was a very nice touch that the quality remained the same.

Our room was cold when we arrived, but the member of staff on reception was very helpful and brought us a heater which soon sorted this out.

The hotel is well located on a main street, but tucked away with a covered atrium, which was a welcome sight on a cold raining day! There were plenty of restaurants and cafes in the near vicinity and it was within easy reach of Gamla Stan. The buffet breakfast was amazing with everything possibly you could want. The room was quite small, but fine for the short time we were there.

Breakfast - 5 stars! Their restaurant's area is 24/7 and you can spend some time with your friends having tea /coffee (for free) or drink 🍸. The standard room was really small, but it has everything you need. We recommend this hotel. Location is alsonl good.

I'm a light sleeper and was sometimes a bit bothered by the people in the room above us as I could hear them walking around

We went to Hotel Bentleys for a long weekend in Stockholm and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, the hotel itself is very beautiful and it's a great location, very near to the next train station, but you can also just walk to Gamla Stan, the old city, in about 15 minutes. Especially great was the breakfast. So many tasty things to choose from!
