Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They promised to do my laundry but returned it back not done the next day!!! That’s misleading the customer! Luckily I was travelling for leisure and not work and had enough clothes.
Great location. Metro station right outside. Station has a supermarket that is open until late. Cool cafes and food joints in walking distance. Very good breakfast!

Found pillows too soft and in my room the desk was too close to the bed that’s nitpicking the hotel was full value for money would use again no problem

The bathroom needed refurbishment, especially shower and sink were rusty with the shower door not properly closing. Spa and swimming pool extra services with on top fee
Location, size of the room and cleanliness Brand new forniture would be a plus as it was a bit wore down and dirty (couch and bed): great breakfast but caotic and tight timing

Immediately given an upgraded room, the staff were amazing and the facilities were excellent. The hotel was a 30 second walk from the subway, so amazing location for tourists using the subway to get around Stockholm.

breakfast is very good but there are no fish. time for breakfast is not enough(09:30) at first we recieved a very small room. we had to add money to get a normal room. there is no air conditioning just central air sistem.
location of the hotel was very good and neer the underground. streets neer are full of coffe's and restaurants and shops. after we changed room - the room was good. breakfast is good. staff are kind and helpfull.

The shower in our room was backed up as was the sink. They sent housekeeping to fix it but it didn’t work. Sooooo our bathroom totally flooded for both of our showers. 🤢
We enjoyed the overall feeling of the hotel. The staff was attentive. Room was comfortable for the price. The included breakfast is AMAZING. We were able to store our bags for the whole day which was so appreciated.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and was very small for two people - would book the bigger room next time but the price was already quite high. We had booked for two nights and our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 2am so they put us in another room then we had to check out of that room and then check back in later for the second night which was very inconvenient and that admin took a lot of time to sort with each of the staff. Appreciate the weekend was very busy with Taylor Swift on but this seemed disorganised and we weren't offered anything to make up for it.
Breakfast was amazing - really great selection one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Great gym facilities.

When booking the hotel we asked for a double bed but did not get one. We asked to get a sheet so the beds wouldn’t slide away - when asking for this it was probably the only time we didn’t get good service from staff. They did eventually put another sheet on and it got a little bit better. There was also a continuous flow in the toilet that was really annoying. We got information about the hotel being fully booked so they could not move us but maintanance would be there day after. It never got fixed while we were there so for all four nights we had this annoying sound from the toilet and trouble flushing.

My bathroom had a foul odor but when mentioned to the front desk was addressed within 15 minutes by a very pleasant and efficient housekeeping staff. I do not know her name…she was younger from Ukraine. It was a drain issue that she worked hard to correct.
The staff were wonderful! Louise at the front desk could not have been more accommodating and made our group feel especially welcome. The breakfast buffet and serving staff were fantastic. Great food and service were a highlight of our stay.

There was a real crush at the breakfast bar, especially on the weekend. The choices for breakfast were amazing though and we liked the omelette station.
The hotel was in an excellent location. Very close to transport and shops and easy to get to anywhere in Stockholm. This was our second visit to this hotel and I'm sure we'll be back.

everything was more than OK
Great location in Södermalm when you need to go anywhere arround. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room we got was small but pretty well equipped. The breakfast was OK with good variety of selections, however you need to be mindfull that the breakfast room might be super corwded

The view from the room was sad. Plant a little garden there to look at. There we're several handles on cabinets and walls thar were hanging loose. The room was cold and could not be adjusted. The hairdryer was lousy. The bathtub should have a handle somewhere.
The location was great. The hotel overall was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The size of the room and the bed we're great. The shower was very nice.
