Lots of steps, no elevator.

The apartment was spacious and the amenities were perfect. Mateja, the manager, was so accommodating as well as Peter, the owner. Even though there wasn’t an elevator, they assisted with carrying up the luggage.

The host is very welcoming and very present for the guest. The apartment is very nice, modern, clean and fully furnished. The location is great as you could reach everything in a few minutes.

There was nothing to dislike but you need to be able to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs and the bed is low to the floor so some might find it difficult to get up from. N.B. if you arrive on a Sunday or public holiday the supermarkets are closed.

Everything about the studio was great. It's a 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. Once there you're at the heart of the old town. Mateja and Martina were excellent hosts and offered helpful advice.

Small things that were out of the ability of our host to correct like having to walk up 2 fights of stairs.

Things to know: -The bins for recycling are just below the windows and people bring and sort their bottles and cans right on the spot at all hours. - Since it is in the bar and restaurants part of town, you will also hear people in the streets at late hours.

-Great welcome by Mateja who provided a map and info about the town. After many contactless check ins, it’s really nice to be welcomed by someone. -Location is excellent. Front of the building is on a small street with shops and residences. Back of the building is on the street that goes along the river with restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Everything is close: the castle, the fresh food markets, the best bridges, etc -Bright and happy studio. -A generous amount of tea bags and coffee pods were provided. There was even a small carton of milk and a bottle of juice in the fridge. -There is a shared washing machine

Mateja was great with communicating for our arrival and departure as well as all the little details. The location is outstanding and an easy 10 minute walk from the train station. The only thing that needs improvement is the extremely weak internet in Room 1.

The Studio is a terrific place to stay in L. It has an outstanding position, next to the city's wonderful riverside, with restaurants, cafes and bars galore, the social hub of the city, but in a very quiet location. On the other side of the river, connected by a footbridge, is the city's market area, including a huge fruit market. With a bedroom separate from the sitting room/kitchen, the property is more than a studio. The facilities are as advertised, well equipped and comfortable. Mateja was the perfect host, kind, helpful and informative. It was a pleasure to meet her. We would thoroughly recommend The Studio and hope to make a repeat visit soon.

Walls are fairly thin so we could hear some (upstairs) neighbours.

We had a wonderful stay. Maja helped us with checking in and gave us amazing Lubjana tips. The location was amazing, the studio has everything we needed.

Hard to fault this place! Only very minor things - wifi was unreliable so we used mobile data instead, kettle is quite noisy, no microwave in the room so we used the stove top to reheat food

Great location! Room comes with additional items like milk, biscuits, olive oil and balsamic. Free use of washing machine AND dryer was appreciated. Has a makeup mirror with table and chair, with excellent lighting - best I've ever had in all the places I've stayed!

The bed was uncomfortable it gave me a bad back.

It’s location was excellent on the riverside opposite the market. Mateja was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was supplied with everything you could want including milk, juice & coffee.

Only that the kitchen/living area didn't have a window.

Excellent location in the historic centre and well sound-proofed. Marte gave us a warm welcome. The apartment was well stocked, and we were given tea, coffee, milk, chocolate biscuits and orange juice as welcome gifts. Very pleased to have washing and ironing facilities after 8 days away. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

Nothing not to like!

Mateja was fantastic, gave us some great advice for whilst we were in Ljubljana and was very accommodating about the time of our check in and check out. The apartment was perfectly situated in the centre of the city, everything was accessable by foot. The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and very quiet despite the location. We'd highly recommend this apartment, although be advised there are some stairs to access it.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Some lovely extra touches to the room such as juice and biscuits. Even laundry and ticket printing facilities.

Very central location, right in the town centre, close to the markets, restaurants, bars and cafes. They had a coffee pods machine in the room and had supplies of coffee pods, orange juice, milk and sweet biscuits, which was very nice after travelling. There was also access to laundry facilities and laundry detergent available to use, which was very convenient when staying for 4 nights to be able to wash clothes. Would highly recommend staying here.

Be prepared for the 3 flights of stairs - otherwise perfect

The Studio was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed for a few days in LJ and location couldn't be beaten.. Right in the centre of LJ and above the best coffee shop. Mateja was awesome help

We stayed for 3 nights but feel it was very short. The apartment is right at one of the happening places and still it's reasonably priced. Peter the owner is a kind gentleman and Mateja is friendly and helpful. Apartment is cozy , modern , clean , quite with all necessary kitchen equipments. We had relaxed time as we were hoping to have from our continuous travel. Also, to mention they even extended favor for us to stay a little longer than actual check out time which was very much needed for us. Thanks alot both of you for amazing service. Highly recommend to stay here. Looking forward to visit again 😊
