Wonderful stay! Exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Spacious room with walkout to small patio and shared yard. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast offered a great selection of both hot and cold options. Easy walk to Lake Bled and city center.

Nothing at all! Everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Penzion Kaps. Stunning property with lovely alpine features. The room was spacious, comfy bed, big bathroom and a lovely balcony overlooking the immaculate gardens with garden chairs to seat at and enjoy. The breakfast every morning was lovely, lots of options and the waitress was very attentive. Dennis at reception was also very attentive, gave great recommendations for activities and restaurants around the lake all of which were superb! The location is very handy, it’s easily accessible by bus as it’s near to the bus station and walking distance to the lake and surrounding restaurants. We absolutely adored the gardens which were filled with flowers and plants! You really feel at home and all the staff are just amazing! We can’t wait to visit again and recommend to friends and family.

Warm welcome from Dennis. Spotlessly clean comfortable room with nice balcony.Room was a great size with plenty of storage space. Good breakfast,kitchen run by a friendly lady. Like the fact there a fridge and kettle in room. Also handy having various hooks I bathroom for towels. Honestly cannot fault the accommodation atall.It was brilliant. Thank you

Getting from the lake to the accomodation requires a bit of a walk up the stairs, but honestly, nothing too exhausting. :)

Breakfast buffet was really nice, they even made freshly prepared eggs per request. Location was great, being 4 min away from the lake. Hosts were super friendly helping me get around with useful tips.

The room was spacious and had excellent cabinet work. The entire building was in excellent condition. The breakfast was wonderful and included cooked-to-order eggs.

Breakfast was quite good with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and hot food (eggs, bacon, roasted veggies, cheese). The only thing that could be improved is the coffee. They have an automatic espresso machine that doesn’t make good coffee. Some machines do so maybe just get a better machine.

Very spacious room with an outdoor patio and comfy chairs. Lovely place to hang out when one is not by gorgeous Lake Bled. Nice low key, quiet location. 20 min walk from the lake and restaurants. A bit uphill coming back though not terrible. Peter and his family were very nice and helpful. A great place all the way around.

Can't really think of any area needing improvement.

Every detail of the property evidenced that a great deal of thought had gone into making sure that almost every conceivable need a guest might have was being met. Penzion Kaps was without doubt one of the most impressive examples of that type of accommodation that I have had the pleasure of staying in. When that is backed up by very friendly and helpful owners and staff, and the wonderful breakfast on offer, it genuinely justifies the description of exceptional.
