The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transport but also in walking distance to the Old Town.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Room was comfortable and clean. The garden was a nice surprise. It was pleasant to sit out there in a quiet space of green. The location was out of the way of the busy city center, but very close to tram lines, coffee shops, and shopping.

The window was facing a street which was quite busy, and the noise of cars were unfortunately very loud for us to disturb the sleep.

Good location. The breakfast options were also decent, also with a live station, which were basic like a pankcake, omlette, semoline etc but they were quite good.

The bed was a bit small. Water pressure in the shower was not the best. Also some hooks for the hand towels would've come handy.

Perfect location dowtown, walking distance both from the bus station and the historic old town. Friendly personnel, smooth check-in and check-out. Spacious room with lots of light and a large balcony. Fridge. Reliable wifi. Sufficient amount of power outlets both at the desk and near the bed.

Unfortunately, there was no information about the lack of an elevator, so we carried our heavy suitcases to the 2nd floor up a winding staircase. The downside is the inability to swing the window out. Unfortunately, leaving the window open at night was not an option, as it blew directly onto the sofa.

A very nice hotel, located near the historic center of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be personalized from a wide selection of products (the hotel has implemented a "zero waste" policy, which should be appreciated). Gluten-free and dairy-free products are available. The hotel is in a historical building, rooms are fairly spacious, with very comfortable beds.

Many stairs up into lobby/ reception, many more to accommodation & breakfast. Also beds were very firm foam mattresses.

It was a little hot in the room but we solved this problem by opening the window.

We booked a room with a balcony but when we arrived, it was taken because they have only one room with balcony. So as apologise, we got an upgrade to the room opposite the shared balcony and a couple of drinks. The room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English and helped us in everything we needed. The hotel has its own yard/garden with tables and small place to play for children 🙂

The breakfast is decent but lacks fresher options (though this is understandable given the small size of the hotel).

A small and very cosy hotel, tastefully decorated and with spacious rooms, as well as extra armchairs on every floor. The bathroom and equipment are not particularly modern overall, but everything is functional and makes for a pleasant stay (e.g. kettle in the room, cotton pads in the bathroom).

There was a bizarre glass door for the bathroom.

The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The room was very hot, possibly too hot, but very cozy and comfy. Breakfast was a small buffet but they also had a good choice of hot options freshly prepared and served to the table.

I only have 1 constructive suggestion. Not all people like coffee with milk, thus it would be better if black coffee sachets would be available in the rooms . They are probably more economical than the cappuccino satchets that were available in the rooms...so in reality, this suggestion would not incur additional costs for the owners.

For sure....the staff. This hotel is run by a lady and you can see and feel that femmine touch wherever you look around you in this hotel. The staff are the best advertisement for visiting Bratislava. (The tourism authority of Bratislava should award them for this.) You can feel that they are enjoying their job, by observing the way they smile whilst serving the guests. They make you feel so welcome.

There are no instructions on how to pick up the car from the garage.

A beautiful, modern, comfortable hotel with small rooms, but which has everything you need. The room is clean, towels too, high-quality free Wi-Fi. For a separate fee, you can order a delicious breakfast and parking in the garage. A good option for a few days.
