Better to take the whole Vila. We took 1 apartment (half of the Vila) and we had to keep quiet since the neighbours heard every word through the wall.. Be aware!

Gorgeous house!! Amazing location!! Beautiful views all around the vila!! Green golf yards from one side, high mountains on the other (with snow). Spectacular!! Extremely clean vila, with everything needed!! Stunning design!! Staff is very nice & communicative!! Close to all the activities in the most popular villages of Tatra!! We loved it!!

Location is fantastic! 15min from the airport, 5min from the ski slopes. Accommodation has everything you may need, including tea and plenty of coffee pods! It’s very quiet and beautifully decorated. The host was kind enough to allow us entry before check in time (way before actually) after a long trip so thank you Daniel!

Beautiful place to stay close to the mountains, house is new, clean and so cute. It is well equiped and nicely decorated. In June, when we visited, the street was very quiet and empty, which was good for kids running here and there. We booked Both the appartments of the vila (two families with kids), there is door inside the living room which means you can visit each other or keep the door open. We found it very cool! We enjoyed our stay 100%.

The view of the mountains, the wildlife surrounding the property; we have spotted a deer, a fox, toads… Vila Valentina has everything you could wish for; a terrace with a barbecue, a cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and modern bathroom and a superb cosy bedroom.

Walls a little bit thin, you can hear the neighbours talking or walking on the stairs, but if they are not exceptionally loud, it is not disturbing at all. The host shared the information in Slovakian, but with using google translate, it was OK.

The accommodation was very clean, like a 5 star hotel clean. Kitchen is well equipped with tools and accessories, plus free coffee capsules. Free parking directly beside the building. The lawn is well maintained, hard to distinguish from the golf course in the backyard.

The apartment was very nice. It is new and modern. It is located near a golf course. The Host was wonderful and very responsive. We definitely will return.

Absolutely no privacy at all, you can hear EVERYTHING and by everything I mean absolutely everything from the neighbours, who share the other 1/2 of the house, for instance--neighbours snoring, walking up the stairs, talking even if not too loud, flushing the toilet (and other sounds related to the toilet), brushing teeth, etc. You can get lucky with neighbours, however we did not. First we had 2 couples with 2 dogs which were barking a lot, even at night. We have a small child and a dog as well...so it was not a pleasant situation at all. Then we had neighbours who were completely on opposite schedules-- staying up very late and being loud, slamming doors, leaving trash when using the joint washer & dryer and not cleaning up after themselves, driving 100km/hr on a private and dusty road where kids are playing, running up and down the stairs until midnight. In addition, next to the house are 2 houses that are being built, which means construction workers arrive at 7.30am and stay the whole day, including Saturdays, which leaves you Sunday, being the only "quiet" day without construction works. Finally, the room underneath the roof could not be used. The window doesn't fully open, which means that during hot temperatures which we certainly had, the room heated up so much that our son couldn't sleep there and we had to sleep all 3 of us in our bed downstairs. The living room top windows do not have shades and when the sun hits them at around 3pm, it's unbearable to be inside.

Location is amazing. The overall feel of the house was very nice, it is new and nicely built (on the surface, see my comments below). Amenities were also great, you have all you need.

the upstairs was very hot, not enough air to sleep there during the summer nights we had to sleep on the couch. The street was full of construction but the owner was kind and understanding.
