PolandThe booking was all inclusive (without information about no alcohol included) the staff asked for 90 euro per 3night to have alcohol. Then 60... we didn't agree. They wanted to give us all inclusive soft although we showed our booking with all inclusive. After we decided to shorter our stay to 1night only they offered serving us alcohol hidden way, which may us feel very uncomfortable as we are able to pay, but tge whole situation made impression of scam. Hotel is definitely for people that likes crowdy fun, and would be great for enjoying fully Ibiza style time. However we expected a bit of calm privacy this is why again our decision to short the stay to 1 night only was made.
The hotel is safe with good security and very clean. Staff is present all the time doing all required job. All the staff is respectful and kind. Food is fresh and nice. There is plenty of entertainment, activities etc.

United KingdomI got charged an extra £110 as my booking through Booking.com was only All Inclusive soft - so I had to upgrade to the Alcohol package. Receptionist tried to rip me off on currency excange by 30% and claimed it was an honest mistake - TWICE!! Building is very dated and Most areas need upgrading. Booking.com still not resolved my overcharging issue.

United KingdomThere were serious problems with the Wi-Fi and the Internet facilities. Very limited Wi-Fi connection or access to the Internet throughout the hotel except on the reception floor. Constant noisy hip-hop and rap music were played every morning starting at 9.00 am by the poolside, a constant horrible and deafening bang bang, annoying guests with rooms overlooking the Pool like me and annoying also the guests that were trying to enjoy the pool and who lying by the poolside. I could not have any restful or peaceful moments and I had to keep the windows closed, all the time in my room to stop the music bang.
The hotel location is a plus; I have already stayed in hotel years earlier. I enjoyed mostly the interaction with the staff I met. They were very dedicated and good professionals; in particular the restaurant personnel. Considering I have limited mobility and therefore I have difficulty moving around, the staff at the restaurant were absolutely magnificent, always available and assisting whenever I needed help or guidance.

United KingdomThe food was disgusting couldn't eat it and couldn't get anything for my 8 month old baby to eat had to go to the supermarket. Paid for all inclusive and got told when I got there is was only soft drinks .had to asked 5 times for a cot for my baby to sleep in .no plug in bath no remote for TV same again had to asked a number of times for the remote for TV kids in restaurant eating food and putting it back disgrace and disgusting..the staff can't speck english was told it would be 18 diner's to keep room on for 4 hours and then got charged 80 diner no one understood us ...the entertainment staff try but only with some guess mostly girls asked to play bingo at 15 diner then to be told they didn't have any pens so one of my family members couldn't play im glad I only stayed 3 days and I had to eat out twice wouldn't go back ......
