Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

The breakfast was very good, with a variety of products, the receptionists speak English very well and they were very prompt when we asked them to fix the balcony door that didn't close properly. The hotel's location is very good, close to shops, a mall within a 10-minute walk, restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The room was very clean and very spacious. In conclusion, this hotel is very okay and I will come back here again.

The bath tub was oddly high so it needed effort and caution getting in and out which may be a problem for elderly people.
My room (5004) was at the top floor and had a very big terrace which was nice. Lobby was big and spacious, this made spending time there very comfortable. Room was big enough, nicely decorated and clean. The price-benefit balance was very good. I would consider staying again if the location suits my next trip.

Very good option to stay in Asian part of Istanbul. They upgraded our room which was spacious and cozy. Beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up)))Staff is very helpful and friendly. Thanks.

There is a large selection for breakfast. The rooms are air conditioned and the beds are big and soft. Daily excellent cleaning, towels can be asked to change at any time. The guys at the front desk were especially helpful.

it appears to be a bit dark because of the lack of lighting inside the hotel. However, the room was good.
Overall the place was good and clean. The food was good and the staff was really polite and helpful. Everyone could speak English as well.

That my time there was too short.
I was greatly surprised: When I checked in for my "standard" room, they notified me that they had given me an upgrade at no additional charge. At first I was a bit skeptical. However, there was no additional charge for the upgraded room and the room was fantastic. The room was very spacious and was clean. The bed very comfortable. There were two balconies, which I enjoyed. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tube. I needed a place to relax and rest. When I was first booking a hotel, I was concerned about getting a room that had the smell of smoke (from smoking), but the room was fresh and this was not an issue at all. If I am back in the area I will definitely book with this hotel again. The staff was super helpful. Everything was superb.

it was a bit dark in the room. but could be cause of the weather. quite cloudy.
very clean! good breakfast and we got upgraded which was lovely! and also swimming pool access was cool! room was cleaned every day and it was very nice to come back to clean peace and quiet after a busy day out in Istanbul!

all was good
This hotel has excellent staff , starting from the reception , especially Cem and Samet , they will always help and come to the rescue . When we arrived at the hotel with a friend , they immediately gave us a very good room , they made us an upgrade . We were thrilled . There are also very good breakfasts here . There is a large sports complex , swimming pools, gym, sauna, hammam. I liked it very much. I'll be back again
