However, our experience during check our was unpleasant. We had informed the reception about our check out the next morning and requested for help with our luggage as our room was on the second floor and the place did not have lift service. There was a kitchen staff during our check out and he refused to help us. He was rude and disrespectful. We hope the hotel staff take this into consideration and ensure guests have some assistance with the luggage. Apart from this we had a lovely stay! Thank you.

We had a great stay at Antik hotels. It is just a few steps away from most of the attractions. Rooms are kept clean with basic amenities. Staff are kind and help around with the tourist places.

Really nice and helpfull staff. They helped us with every request and question. The accomodation has perfect location, 5 mins from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque And Topaki palace. There Is also tram closeby and beautiful park. The room was modern And clean. I highly recommend, best accomodation in Istanbul!

The entrance to the hotel wasn't clear and if not for the locals who were there when our group arrived, I think it would have taken us some time to find it

Location of the place is amazing. As a tourist I wanted to see the main attractions. Those were reachable by foot. Also it was very easy to travel to other parts of the city. The hotel itself isn't big, but is definitely cosy, with friendly and helpful staff. Room had just enough space, was warm, bed was comfy, clean. I was surprised that the room was cleaned every day. It is nice, but maybe unnecessary. Overall I would definitely con coming back to it

They could pay a little more attention to the environment, for example not changing towels and slippers every day.

Our room was clean and renovated nicely. Also room service was very thorough every day. Plus we got water bottles every day. The Hotel is located perfectly. Tram is easy to reach but you can also do a lot by foot.

Affordable and fantastic place to live in central Istanbul nearby to major attractions. All places are in walking distance. Comfortable and classy airport shuttle service. The staff are very friendly and offers discount to their restaurant for the hotel guests.

Absolutely nothing - not one complaint!

Very clean room (cleaned every day), amenities were changed every day, the location of the hotel is fantastic, the staff were wonderful and so helpful and hospitable from beginning to end, and they have several neighbourhood cats and dogs which are super friendly!

The shower head was malfunctioning a bit, but it did not affect our overall experience.

We had a super deal for our two days stay in Stambul in this hotel. The location is the best part. The interiors and overall cleanliness were excellent and above our expectations. The staff was friendly. Access with a key card was also a pleasant finishing touch for our experience.
