The property is not easily accessible by public transport. The receptionist either did not have a map of the city or did not want to give us one, instead some guy offered us to "sit down for a while" so that he "explained us everything", which we did not need. There were no hangers for overcoats, so we had to put them on one of the armchairs in the living room. There was no towel for dishes in the kitchen. The boiler worked in such a way that it was quite difficult to get water in the bathroom and kitchen which was neither boiling hot nor cold. In one of the bathrooms one part of the shower was broken so that itwas not posssible to adjust the height of the shower-head; in the other, the sewage system got clogged on the fourth day.

This is a small property very close to the Sultanahmet Mosque and other main sights. We got a large apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equiped kitchen, located in a building two minutes walking distance from the reception. There was a microvawe, a fridge, a dishwasher, and in one of the bathrooms there were a washing mashine and a dryer. In the rooms there was enough space and light, as well as air conditioning. The wi-fi connection was quite fine. The staff were so nice that they even brought us my wife's lost suitcase when it was brought to them from the airport.

We booked an 'Economy Double Room' as from the pictures it looked like would be enough for us (couple). However, the room is way too small - so small there was no space for us to put our baggage and make few steps, and the bed was also small, so I think this room is enough for a single person staying 2-3 days. The covers were too small for a queen-sized bed and a couple (140x200). We also expected a better, more turkish breakfast.

The staff and the manager were kind enough to let us use a bigger room (we paid a small amount additionally). The rooms were clean, but the hotel is, in fact, old and 'antique'. The location is excellent.

It is an old tiny house and what comes with it. Not for aesthetic-sensitive or those spending much time in hotel.

The location was near areas of interest and in a quiet street. Bed was good and air, slept extremely well. Very helpful stuff. Indeed good for sole traveler to have a good sleep.

It's not really the direct fault of the hotel, but the shuttle we hired from them tried to get extra money from us with a faster and more expensive route, to which we said no.

Booked the top floor with a wonderful view of the blue most and the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and it is in a cute little terrace outside.

The personal is very kind and helpful. The hotel is very Close to Grand Bazar. We had a parking lot in front of the hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel served by a nice woman and the breakfast was tasty and fresh. We had a clean room and was cleaned every morning. The place is safe and quiet. If you want any informations, you will receive them fast. The owner makes tours with the boat and other entertainments.

The rooms are small. The toilet seat was wonky. They didn’t supply enough toilet paper . To flush the toilet it only had enough power to flush once then you needed to wait for 10 minutes to flush again. This was incredibly frustrating. There wasn’t a cup. You are not supposed to drink the water in Turkey. Not because it is bad but because it is tastes terrible but no water bottle was supplied, which would have been nice. The stairs are terrible if you need to drag a large suitcase up. I heard the staff talking on the phone at the reception because the noise carries

The location was amazing. The staff lovely. The breakfast lovely. Customer service fabulous

The room I stayed in had a double bed, which made it difficult to open the door to the bathroom all the way. I am not a slender person, so I had to squeeze in sideways whenever I needed to use the bathroom. A slenderer person would probably not find this an issue. The floor in the shower/bathroom gets extremely slippery when wet. You have to tread very carefully while holding onto something while taking a shower and exiting the shower to avoid a fall. It would have been great to have a bathroom carpet outside the shower and a plastic mat in the shower. There is very little sound isolation in the building, so be prepared to hear any noises louder than whispering from the lobby or as guests go to/from their rooms. Fortunately, the guests while I stayed at the hotel were generally quiet, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. A complimentary breakfast was included in the price but consisted of Nescafe and generally unappealing items served on a plate. In fairness, I didn't expect to be served breakfast for the price I paid for the room, so I would recommend the hotel skip this service since there are cafes that serve excellent coffee and sundry local sweets in the vicinity.

The location is excellent. The hotel lies within an easy 5-minute walk from Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and many other museums situated in the vicinity of Sultanahmet Meydani. A tram runs on Divan Yolu Street on Sultanahmet Meydani, the main street in the historical section of Istanbul, that will get you to most of the other noteworthy sights in the city, so getting around from the hotel is very easy. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes in the vicinity, so finding a place to eat is not a problem. I felt quite safe walking in the neighborhood, as, indeed, I did in all of Istanbul. Finally, the staff is very courteous and helpful and can readily answer any questions in excellent English. They keep the public areas and the room immaculately clean.
