There were few mornings when the water was gone (not for long though); on the hotel area were few annoying sales men; some of the towels were in a bad shape.; I asked one guy in the reception how much should we pay for taxi (3km), thinking as he presents the hotel, he would give an honest answer and he said 25€ which we ofc didn’t believe and the taxi driver asked for 5€, even the random taxi driver was more honest.

We really liked this hotel - clean and modern rooms, nice big selection of food, busy entertainment plan, close to the shopping street and short drive from all kinds of shopping malls and Side old town. Entertainment team was really friendly and tried to include everyone.

Room cleaning was good but could have been a little better, some things weren't changed/checked as frequent as we'd liked. Had to ask for toilet paper twice where it hadn't been topped up that day (not a major problem) Bed sheets being changed a bit more frequently also would have been nicer. But all in all cleanliness of the rooms and resort was great.

Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ice cream was lovely, as was the pastries/snacks available between lunch and dinner. Short 3 minute walk to the beach, privately owned by Armas Bella Sun, great swimming pools and entertainment for all ages throughout the day. Clean simple but effective rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We had problems with mosquitos in our room. The hotel is quite a long walk from the old city and the eastern end of the beach where there are more bars and restaurants. The staff were mostly polite but because the hotel was full of Russians there weren’t many who spoke great English.

A reasonable place for the price of an all inclusive hotel. The food was plentiful and tasty. Very close to the beach - about a 4/5 minute walk.

I think the food is not delicious too much and the chair in restaurant not enough for all people in hotel, clean room not good, chair in swimming pool not enough for all people in hotel (every morning all people reserve all chairs)

All facilities in hotel the swimming pools is beautiful, there is 2 large and 2 for baby (Awesome) restaurant and bar and ice cream (coffe and tea) all is beautiful beach is very near there is all Drinking in hotel every time party night it’s very good for families

Thıs ıs a nıce place to stay. It’s located close to the beach. several minutes of walk only. Also we liked bar in a lobby and cleaning was pretty good. We got the room for a very good price.

Amazing food. The best food I have ever tried in any All inclusive hotel. Also there is soup at midnight,which was amazing 🤗. Pool water seemed warm. 2 minute walk to the beach.

All the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful as of the moment I arrived at the hotel. Had a nice note and fruit basket in my room. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. Staff at reception was very kind in explaining everything. Room was nice and comfortable, and also with balcony. The rooms facilities cover all your needs. The facilities where were very clean and lots of options for swimming and relaxing. The hotel has a area with facilities for spending good time. The hotel offers a private beach with sun loungers. On the beach there is a bar for hotel guests. We will gladly be back.

my feedback is that your management and workers are completely incapable of doing their jobs. issues:  1. I requested an invoice multiple times - upon reservation, at reception with workers, with front-office manager, via booking message, via email. to this date I have not received the invoice.  2. the reception staff rejected adding an additional person even though I accepted the price to the reservation which resulted for us staying in different hotel. absolute failure. the person was also rude and used improper language.

Staff was not so friendly - there were some exempt but in general they were not. When we first check in the hotel they did not inform about the facilities, only showed our room so we did figure it out ourselves. As a person who knows Turkish meals quite well, the meals did not meet my expectations to be honest, they were looking great but the taste was only okay - I did not enjoy at all - especially the desserts was a disappointment.

Spending time in the pool was great, it has also private beach so it is not too bad for a swimming holiday.

the whole hotel is basically designed for russian speaking tourists, hardly none of the staff can speak english and all the animation and evening shows are mainly in russian, so that it is hard to follow if you don’t speak russian

There was too much food but not so good, they shoud cook two or three dishes but good. Rise was almost never cooked always hard. All the food taste almost same as they were coooked in same paste Pool was so crowdy, people leave there towels in night to occupy space you will not find place to sit by pool if you wake up morning at 8. Only enterence of this Hotel is beautiful, inside its like a normal student hostel.

Room Experience: Our first room had a spot where you could trip, not ideal when you have kids. It smelled a bit off, and it wasn’t all that clean. We had booked for four of us, but only three beds were there. The hotel gave us a sofa bed to fix this, but the mattress was mouldy, and the bed itself was partly broken. Not good. They offered us another big room or a family one with bunk beds. On their advice, we took the family room, but it wasn’t much better. Bars & Restaurant: The bars were okay-ish, but not many choices for drinks. The restaurant food was okay, but it felt too hot inside.
