Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

EstoniaThe rooms were not very clean. While one room had shampoo and several towels and drinking glass, the other had 4 soaps instead, and just one towel.
The hotel is cosy and in a good location. I loved the hotel restaurant and the service there was very good, they even agreed to make Turkish coffee for me for breakfast.

LatviaBreakfast was traditional Turkish breakfast. Quite simple, but well served: cucumbers peeled. One might expect a greater variety, but when asked, they also served extra Turkish coffee. The location of the restaurant, very nice and comfortable with seaview. Excellent service and very good food there.

United KingdomRoom decor is very dated. Only 1 socket in the room, a multiplug socket adaptor was supplied but it did not work with UK plugs which already have a European adaptor on. Would be better to provide a lead extension with multi sockets. Breakfast is extremely basic (juice is horrible and eggs/sausages/chips look very sad) but ok to get a few chunks of tomatoes and cucumber with Feta and bread (nothing left after 9 am though) but I guess this is understandable bearing in mind the cheap price of the room. No noise insulation, you hear everything from your room (people talking in the stairs/ people talking on their balconies/ other rooms flushing the toilets/ other guests coughing/ doors being opened...).. worst is the rubbish truck coming every day between 4am and 6:30am making a lot of noise for 5 mins, you can also hear loud music from nearby bars until 1 am. But it never stopped me sleeping very well, the rubbish truck woke me up but I went back to sleep straight after. Wide beach in front of hotel but crammed with sun loungers, looks like rotisserie chicken but I could walk 1/2 hour through the antique ruins to the beautiful quiet beach on the other side of Side, so at least you have this option if you don't like the hotel beach. Not hot water at the sink, good pressure water for the shower but it's cold for 5 mins before the hot water comes up and then it's boiling.
sea front, big room, big bathroom, big balcony. Breakfast, fridge, beach sun lounger and AC at no extra cost, very good wifi. Very comfortable bed. Very clean, room was made everyday and towels (3 pp) changed every day. 1/2 hour walk from town centre harbour, pleasant walk along the pedestrian sea front. Very good value for money.

BulgariaThe beach. The first three rows of sunbeds were reserved for outside guests, which I strongly disapproved of. The hotel guests should have the privilege to choose where to sit. They were somehow rated as second class guests there, shown to the furthest from the sea rows. What's more, the attendant was rude and bossy, making inappropriate comments. He ordered us to leave our towels at lunch for some unknown reason. The beach "closes" at 6.30 so it is problematic to stay afterwards and enjoy the coolest part of the day. The restaurant is overpriced, as if it is opposite the Apollo temple. €4 a beer. The housekeeping staff chose to clean our room after noon, when we were having a nap.
The room and its facilities were as described in Booking. No unpleasant surprises. We had a sea view (partial), fridge/minibar and hair dryer. Initially, we were given a room with a front sea view but the air conditioning wasn't working properly there so we changed it with another one.

SerbiaThe bed is uncomfortable. The breakfast is the same every morning and has very few options to choose from. Parts of the staff, no matter how friendly and great do not speak English.
The view from the room was amazing. People who work there are friendly and always willing to help. This place has fantastic value for the price. The view from the restaurant is great for the dinner. The hotel has their sunbeds on the beach, which is great.

Bulgaria1. Hygiene - cleaning the room every third day, but even after housekeeping, the floor steel keeps all artifacts remaining from our presence there 2. Luxury - this word hasn't any appropriate application there. One week before my arrival there, I knew I've never been in a hostel. Now I'm not sure about that. Doors opens by themselves, lockers below any standards, practically we were able to hear everything around the hotel and inside it through the walls and the windows. 3. Hospitality - also unknown word there, or wrongly interpreted. Housekeeping at 14.30, followed at 15.30 by pests control (I suppose that was the purpose of potable sprayer on some man's back, who was nocking on the door). The staff speaks perfectly Turkish, and that's enough. Luckily, the restaurant and beach hosts were able to understand our needs and support us. I still don't have a clue why ironing is wrong and I had to spend my time there with various "vacation edges" on the shirts (you probably can guess that ironing service is unknown there). 4. Restaurant - we had the courage to experience there only at breakfasts. Variety most likely is accepted as a complication there, so we enjoyed the same salami, olives, and boiled eggs in all 6 breakfasts. Our impression of this hotel is that no one from the staff really cares about the clients well-being or comfort.
The hotel is practically next to its private beach zone. Beach facilities are included in the rental price.

United KingdomCleaning of public (bar/pool area) toilets could have been a lot better. Lunches good but inconsistent. Fridge stopped working but got it going again. Patio door wouldn't close. A few niggly things that just needed more attention to detail.
Great location Lovely breakfast -though same every day. Not buffet. Bottomless coffee. lovely fresh bread. Friendly staff. excellent wifi throughout, even on the beach. Cleaning of rooms very good

United KingdomStaff very unfriendly never even acknowledged me.Full of Russians who took an instant dislike to me ,I would smile and looked at as though piece of dirt. One barman very nice to me .Someone at hotel while I was having lunch changed my sunbed for a really badly broken bed and put my towel back on it could of been very dangerous. I had gone to reception to pay for another night because my flight had altered to a late flight and when I went back to beach this incident had occurred there were people on sunbeds all laughing at me. I was so upset I just couldn't stop crying my holiday had been ruined by these horrible people so I checked out losing £80 and check into Supreme Dogan Beach hotel the staff there were lovely and I didn't feel threatened in any way.I have been travelling to Turkey for the last 35 years and have never witnessed anything like that before it was absolutely horrible I felt so intimidated. I am 71 year old lady and went on this holiday to recover from a bad accident wether this was the reason I was instantly disliked because I had cuts and bruising on my face I don't know but it was absolutely horrendous.
Nothing only manager and one barman were decent human being.
