United States of AmericaWhile we had a breakfast most of the staff not friendly. I literally saw an employee pushing a customer away asking her not to take the food away. It was so embarrassing for the customer and an inappropriate behavior. Also in description says the hotel provide shuttle to the hotel which this is not true.
The breakfast was great, great variety of food. House keeper are great. The location more than convenient where attractions nearby.

United KingdomOne of the staff operating the spa was very rude and kept shouting at us for making a little bit of noise. Also, for some reason, he kept asking us to wear a swim cap and was giving this for free to other people but randomly asked us to pay 60TL for one.

EthiopiaThe rooms are small, with a tiny bathroom. The place also needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The hallway is noisy. Sometimes you can hear conversations from two or three rooms away due to the way the hotel was built.

United KingdomBooked a hotel with a swimming pool only to find its a very small water area. Staff in the pool area were really bad. They tried to make a bit of extra money on the side by charging for a swimming cap once we were in the water. One member of staff made my friend feel uncomfortable whilst I was away. Tried to advance on her before she stood her ground.
Great location. Easy to access a lot of places from there. Booked a double bed. Ended up with 2 singles. They kindly upgraded me to a delux suite the next morning. Breakfast was good. Lots of variety.

United KingdomThe property was located in a street which close from morning till 9 pm , so if you have privet or rental car you can’t get access , we had to walk with all the luggage from a far distant, so disappointing , it was extremely crowded outside , and the facilities like the pool are not as big as it show in the pictures as there is mirrors which give you false details . Spa team were not friendly with the kids !!! They only care if you want to spend money on massage etc.. not enough towels for a 4 star hotel .. good for work only not for family holiday .
