Room was dirty, had bugs and the shower didn't work very well.

The rooms are tiny. I've reserved 3 rooms at the same time to accomodate my family. Only one air condition is working and the other two are wrecked. The beds are broken and not comfiortable. One room has a broken door of balakony.

The location is accepted. Can be considered as near to Beyazit but with very steep ramp. The staff are good and trying to facilitate the client needs.

There were bugs in the room which couldn't be eliminated despite complaints. AC was not working properly. The room's curtains couldn't stop the sunlight..

This is the worst thing that happened in my life. This is the worst hotel in my entire travel history. Dirty in the rooms, dirty in the dining room. This is a scam, don't believe the photo. Wouldn't want to be in this hotel again for a day. Beware of scammers.

- uncleaned room (track for curtains, cabinets, floors, walls, mirrors..) - the bathroom needs renovation - there are insects everywhere in the room - neighborhood was dangerous for tourists - the pictures that are published are not a realistic representation of the condition of the room - unwashed bedding - not enough towels (1 or 2 for 5 days) - the door to the terrace is difficult to close - track for curtains has fallen off on one side - while we were sleeping, we woke up every half hour to see if there were any cockroaches on the sheets

I can handle a few cockroaches. I can probably even handle dozens of cockroaches. But it was difficult to handle hundreds of cockroaches, especially when you get out of bed and have to negotiate an obstacle course not to step on one. On my last day, I saw a mouse crawl through the bathroom pipes, and decided that she was their overlord, reigning over her insect kingdom. Also, you know, the basic things. Hot water in the showers did not heat up. The balcony door did not close firmly, which was a little sketchy for me, considering reception did not have a safe. However, there are cameras to catch intruders. The breakfasts are decent and the breakfast terrace, although closed during the day, has lovely views of Istanbul. Air conditioning worked, when I chose to use it. So, if you don't mind a bit of patina and a lot of insects, let this be your temporary home. The neighbourhood is great; basically, a marketplace that stretches for many city blocks. And all things considering, it would be disrespectful to demand luxurious comfort when there are kids sleeping on the streets.

The staff, Yusuf—the night receptionist—and Yeshura—cleaning service—did their best. They were genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They offered what they could—information, advice, and kindness. Yeshura cleaned the room thoroughly and was also friendly and kind. However, the odds were heavily stacked against them. The hotel should basically be off the radar for anyone traveling to Istanbul.

How can a place so awful be a part of such a beautiful city? As soon as we pulled up outside and looked at the dirty, hotel curtains hanging like rags behind the stinking glass of the rotting windows we should have turned and run. -It’s impossible to reach the hotel by a vehicle , so except walking 10 mins to reach it from the main road , which a showstopper for me and of you you agree with me don’t bother counting this review . Hotel area is not safe for tourists at all ( don’t wake alone after 8.00 in the evening Only 2 staff are working in the hotel including the receptionist & non of them letterly understands or speak English . Poor breakfast & full of bugs it’s better if they don’t serve it , they will prepare & put on tables for guest for 4 hours without any covering. - The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasn’t difficult to break into our room & I discovered that all keys opens any rooms . - No safety deposit boxes in rooms. - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable . - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked the receptionist if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?" Zero customer service skills & off course no refund policy ( Expected ) I could go on but im not going to waste any more time.
