You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel is very well situated, further away from the noisy town center, but on the river and facing the Lycian Rock Tombs. Beautiful garden. Very attentive staff and excellent home cooking in the hotel restaurant.

United KingdomThe rooms were quite basic (but still comfortable, and honestly for the price it’s difficult to complain about that!) our only real niggle was lack of seating (there was only one chair which just made it hard to enjoy the balcony together).
The location was fantastic, with a beautiful garden and view. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, and the boat direct to Turtle Beach from the garden was a bonus. Really good value for money.

AustraliaThe location of this property could not be better. We only had 2 nights so we made sure to spend both evenings having drinks and dinner in the garden with that amazing view of the tombs. The owner was extremely helpful in explaining the best way to maximise our time seeing the things we wanted to see and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

GermanyRooms in 2nd floor are getting a bit too warm.
Exceptional staff and owner. Calm & cozy. Wonderful food. Rafting and Safari tours are definately recommended. The owner (Kaya Bey) knows the best guide in town to arrange the activities :) Do not expect a luxurious stay. This place is all about relaxing, enjoying the view, and good food.
