We didn't enjoy the open shower, you have to take a lot of care while taking a shower in order not to splash water everywhere. Also, the towels aren't quite new, have some minor holes in them and a couple of unwashable stains. Not a drawback but something to be aware of: there's no fridge in the room and no cutlery. Also, there is a bar in the hotel, and it can be open till 12-1am. If you go to sleep early, you should take it into account.

Location is amazing, close to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is good, beds are comfortable and the air conditioner works perfectly. There were enough towels for our duration of stay. The local bar is nice, they serve nice local craft beer. The lobby is designed in a creative way.

Every thing, made my trip unforgettable

The place is amazing, really old design, takes you back in history, the staff extremly friendly and helpful, breakfast was tastey and enough, so close to the attractions, the view is magical I open my door and I see mountains and trees, my bedroom has its own little garden, the view while having breakfast is so beautiful, bed and shhets and pillow comfortable, bathroom is good, definitly will stay again and definitly will go back to this place, even staying there is so relaxing, book it without hesitating

The hotel is a nice and cozy place, located in the center of the old town of Bodrum. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped - there’s everything you need: a fridge, a cooking desk, a kettle, a coffee machine and even a washing machine. There’s a very beautiful yard with a bar, sofas and armchairs. It’s really pleasant to sit and rest here after a walk through the streets of the old town or along the marina. It takes just 5 minutes to get to the beach or 3 minutes to get to the Castle of Bodrum. There are lots of restaurants and cafes around here, but if you need you can order food delivery right to the hotel. There are also a lot of grocery and clothes shops along the street. The bus station is in 5 minutes, so it’s really easy to take a bus and go to any place on the Bodrum peninsula. The host of the hotel and the bar is Mustafa, very nice, polite, kind and friendly person. Mustafa helped us a lot during our stay. So if you need to book a car, a boat trip, find a good restaurant or a place to visit - you can ask Mustafa and he will help and explain to you everything. I highly recommend Kaya Apart & Pansiyon to everyone!

Shower not the best and some rooms dont have balcony. Could be a slight improvement on cleanliness. But location satisfies so personally closed my eyes on that.

Very safe place. You can even stay as a solo traveller. Very cute space outside the rooms that you can have a a beer or a wine. If you want quiet and chit chat it is the place. They have a cute dog that you can play with. It is definitely worth to stay for the price but dont expect luxury. Chill vibes all the way!

The staying here were my best experience in Bodrum. The Historical building designed so so good. I felt myself as at cozy home. To many interesting details around, peaceful garden and the main one are very kindly and interesting staff. The highest level of hospitality. For beerlovers: do not forget to try local one sorts which very luckily having the Kaya pub 😉

1. I would recommend to equip the terrace with umbrellas or a hinged roof so that guests could spend time on it during the day and for make it more cleaner because of the birds. 2. Would be nice before check-in switch on air conditioning cos' in the living room was too hot. 3. There were 2 bathrooms but a bit small (just for information).

Location is perfect. The apartment was spacious and have large terrace. The owner was kind and friendly. Safely. Thank you for hospitality. At my stay it was one of the best premises from the point of price-quality.
