Internet was a big trouble. We tried to fix it 3 times but failed. Indoor swimming pool was a bit cold.

The hotel with long history. We have got the upgrade - big room with sea view. The room was nice and big but a bit tired. It’s really pity that it’s allowed to smoke in the room coz it smells. We have ordered breakfast and dinner but as it was a low season the menu was ala carte. We liked it. I believe in summer is it a nice place to stay

In rooms the air con location is no good, you dont get cool air on beds, so have to sleep on sofa during all the stay. As it was all inclusive but they only put water in mini fridge while other resorts put juices and snacks in room.

The location was good, beach scenary is very good, sea sorrounded by mountains.

There is poor number of reception staff although they were doing there best. Concierge desk was always empty, no big help but the receptionists were trying to compensate the lack…

Rooms and furniture are outdated and old and the air-conditioning is terrible and has little to no function, wifi is very weak and slow it doesn't reach to most rooms.

Beautifully landscaped garden with 6 pools, comfortable rooms, EXCELLENT entertainment team, especially the kids club team, good food. Very clean sea water, much better than in Marmaris central. Excellent holiday and would stay again at this hotel. All Inclusive drinks just kept flowing, including premium branded drinks.

I came here during travelling as a “holiday” with my mum. What an excellent stay: - Bedrooms were spacious, clean and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a good shower and plenty of decent toiletries. Can’t fault it. - The beach was lovely, very calm waters in this part of Icmeler. The promenade takes u all the way to Marmaris or into the centre of icmeler. - The pool areas were spacious and clean, with a couple of boys on roller blades delivering drinks - The staff were so lovely and very attentive. A special mention to Recep and Intan from the spa. Recep came to us several times to talk with us and entice us to come to the spa. But he was never too forceful and remained very professional. He was genuinely a lovely person just to chat to. I will remember him for a long time! And Intan did my treatment, and she was excellent. Both deserve a raise! - The food was pretty good, with plentiful selection.
